The smallest portions I?ve ever seen. We ordered 2 burritos and one quesadilla order and they were all baby sized food. The... burritos had hardly any filling at all, one of them we ordered to be double wrapped in another tortilla, so they decided thatthey could get away with filling it with less fillings because the extra tortilla makes it look thicker. The other burrito wasjust absolutely tiny, smaller than a potato. Then the quesadilla was half the portion it should be, we?ve had this before fromchipotle many times and it was much larger. Very understaffed, and it didn?t help that the staff present was working in slow motion. I waited in the line for 18 minutes... when there was only 2 people in front of me. After I got my food, a couple minutes went by while I was eating and the line wasout the door. Then their computer system shut down I believe and they had to tell the whole line to leave. There was a lady whowent into the restaurant the same second as I did. She had an online order. Once I was done eating, she was still waiting forher online order. She was waiting for more than 30 min. I was there around 3pm, every chipotle I go to around this time is emptybecause the staff is able to manage the line reasonably around this time. The bowl I got today was beautiful! The staff was good. Store was clean.

Would give 0 stars. Chipotle has been going down hill but this was the worst chipotle experience. Absolutely disgusting / messy... presentation of food, overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, no napkins. Under staffed and those working were extremely sloppyand slow. The mess made my meal unappetizing. The rice was undercooked. They ran out of beans. And we stood in front of thecashier for at least 10 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge and check us out as she did other orders. She was extremely slowand almost certainly stoned. My boyfriend was unable to eat his bowl because the experience and uncooked rice was such a turnoff and he didn?t want to get sick. Read more

Garbage restaurant. The bowl they gave me had absolutely no meat, I asked for more and they said it would be extra. Then my kid... had a piece of paper inside her quesadilla. No it?s not a bay leaf, I checked. They also are out of dressing and spoons. You tryto be patient with restaurants after covid, but this is simply for lack of trying. i also let them know the sweet tea isspilling all over the floor and they ignored it completely.
