I will lead by stating the staff is friendly and that is the reason for the 2 stars. I ordered a chicken burrito and when I say... down to eat it it was smothered in sour cream and completely fell apart. When I asked them to remake it I was asked to get backin line. I don?t agree with making customer wait in line but I?m not a confrontational person I did. When they remade theburrito I sat down again and opened up completely with the foil. I watched the girl make a few burritos and I?m not sure if shewas new or just not very good at wrapping. Please address this with the staff and put someone in the line who can confidentlywrap a burrito since it?s literally your main item on the menu. This location has absolutely no leadership? Every time I order food for pick up, it takes an additional 20 minutes+ after the... scheduled pick up time. Do not order to go from here. The line will go around twice before you get your food!!! EDIT: 45minutes past and just now got the bag. Went out to my car, checked it, and it?s COMPLETELY WRONG! Mediocre location. Long waits due to poor time-management. When I did receive my food, it was subpar. Chipotle?s quality & taste... has gone down over the years. I can make the same ?meal? at home with some rice & beans, for a fraction of the cost. Finallycalling quits to this place. Read more

I?d like to start by saying that I?m a former Chipotle employee (at the UCF location, not this one), so I understand the demands... of working at Chipotle, especially during the busy dinner rush. Given my knowledge and prior experience working for thiscompany, I can say that the Colonial location is the worst managed store I?ve ever ordered food from. In my past three orders,there have been mistakes or disappointments each time. The first time, my online order was thirty minutes late (beyond thepromised ?ready by? time). The second time, my order did not include pinto beans and they gave me ONE taco when I ordered THREE.The third time (this visit) they flat out didn?t make my order. It was promised to be ready at 5:00 and I waited until 5:25before I gave up and requested a refund. (This was after I was given a bogus story that someone ?stole my order? and then toldthat the system didn?t have it. Meanwhile, I had the online order confirmation email.) Needless to say I will not order fromthis location again. I highly encourage the management to problem solve the online order process? the people who fulfill onlineorders routinely make mistakes and work way too slowly. If things don?t change, I?m sure you will lose more loyal customers. Read more

Unfortunately this is the worst location I have been to with Chipotle. Our order was 15 minutes late, the food was wrong, there... was not enough staff at lunch time and the location needs to be cleaned. I really enjoy Chipotle but this location really needssome attention. The good news is there is a ton of seating inside but the service is not fast enough to take advantage of it. Read more

Update: 06-2022 Third time in as many months that they had no steak nor were they cooking it in the grill. So yummy. Even with... a line they get it out fast. Always friendly people here Read more

The guy on the line was very stingy; I was not asking for extra stuff and not pay for it, when I asked for extra steak his pan... was empty and basically denied it. I had to ask for pollo asado to get the extra protein also when I was in the cash register Isaw a cockroach that I had to step on it because the cashier did not care about it. I had my cell phone in the car went thereand got it and when I went back inside the cockroach still there. Read more

If you want to wait an hour after your online order is supposed to be ready and watch the people waiting in line get quicker... service. And. When you finally get your order (I got 3 tacos) you are given a sloppy mess.This is your place. Not to mention ifyou want to cancel your order because it's taking too long they won't do it for you because the order was placed online and youhave to go to their website which is not user friendly.
