Customer service just isn?t what it used to be, & unfortunately this Chipotle location always reminds me of that. I literally... have considered driving further just to be treated differently by another location. Today I went in with my family. And whilethere?s always a good amount of employees staffed, don?t be fooled. You?ll hear them talk about their Instagram and weekendplans before they actually greet you. If and when you get greeted, they continue talking about their personal lives while tryingto prepare your order. So before I order a bowl with extra protein I asked to the employee how much is the EXTRA PROTEIN. And he told me $2.88 and when... I paid they charge me $4.50 for the extra protein. When I tell the CASHIER (and I do not know if she is the manager and if so isthe worst I have ever seen) so she told me that I had to asked her not the employee? and that the side of guac is $2.88 ..repeat I never asked for the price of guacamale? She was very unrespectful and rude saying is not their fault? so it is mine forask an employee for a price of something.. if is your fault or an employee fault you should assume that mistake or at least actwith good attitude to the customer who is paying for your terrible service and food? she was super rude never come back againand. This restaurant is always dirty if you go in the afternoon. Trash is always overflowing. I ordered online and picked it up... through the drive thru and when I got home and opened my bowl they gave me a completely different order. So I went back anotherday to get a free bowl and I come home and the chicken is flavorless! Tastes like they bowled it and then put it on the grill. Iwon?t be going back to this location. Read more
