Purchased 4 pac for a road trip. Manager Melanie would not allow me to have fresh Cinnabons,only the old boxed ones with stale... frosting unless I paid extra premium price.Said I should "microwave them before taking trip" . No where on online order does itspecify if I'm getting fresh or old boxed Cinnabons. Bad customer service,they had at least 48 fresh rolls behind the counter inseveral hot out the oven bins. Would not buy their stale rolls. Calling corporate tomorrow. Shame on you Melanie,poor customerservice. Read more
Had the pecan cinnamon roll and it tasted like cardboard so I swapped it out for a regular cinnamon roll. The regular one tasted... like cardboard, too. This location really needs to get it together. The team that works there obviously lied about them beingfresh. There is hardly any frosting and they are hard. Read more

Such an amazing breakfast! The cinnamon buns both standard and and pecan ones were delicious! ???? The only regret I have is... that I didn't ask for extra icing, which is I think approx 1 dollar extra. The cold coffees (we had vanilla and mocha flavors)are so good and refreshing! My kids loves ???? this unhealthy stuff. The bad thing about this, I have to finish after them, and this is not good for my... health. It is 800 calories in each. So I have to run 5 miles to loose so match calories. I just prefer not to eat. Read more
This review is not directed to the store but to the citywalk management instead. I have been living 10 min away from here for... almost 4 years and I always come late to buy Cinnabons, even though we got here at 12:45am and citywalk closes at 2am thesecurity guard did not let me go in. He asked me where I was going and I told him I was just going to buy that (not importantbecause citywalk closes at 2am) and he didn?t let me get to the store. Hope the store manager/owner can look at this review andtalk to security because I am a regular and because of this I won?t be coming back anytime soon. Read more
