My review is for the tasting room, as I have not dined at this location. I have been to the tasting room before and it is small.... It is located to the right hand side as soon as you enter the restaurant. They no longer accept reservations and now it is on afirst come first serve basis. We got lucky to stop by after the lunch hour, so we did not have much of a wait. Dominic tookcare of us and he was awesome! He was nice, friendly, attentive, happy to answer any questions and provided good informationabout the wine. He sure made our experience pleasant and enjoyable. Cooper's Hawk was on our list if restaurants for 2022 Magical Dining. If you haven't tried MD, it is a prix fixe menu consisting... of (generally) 3 options for starters, mains, and desserts. Tonight we tried the Flatbread, pea and scallop risotto, andfinished with each dessert to share with the table. I have to say it was nothing short of, well, magical. The restaurant has alovely ambiance as well. Our table was comfortable in the lavish bar area and our server was delightful. You will never be disappointed with Coopers Hawk @ Alafaya Trail, Waterford Lakes. There’s plenty of parking spots, the... restaurant is fully and professionally staffed. The restaurant is well maintained. Nice vibes from family, friends or dates.Food is delicious and well portion. Wine is always a thumbs up!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have always had wonderful experiences at this location however, our visit on Monday was especially... amazing. My friend and I were late to our reservation due to travel complications and were nervous we wouldn't be able to beseated. Gabrielle (the manager) took AMAZING care of us and made sure to get us seated as soon as possible. We were celebratingmy friend's birthday and the staff couldn't have treated us better. We felt so special from beginning to end.From the amazingfood & yummy champagne, to our awesome server Killian- we had the best time! This was my 1st time here. If you are looking for a good wine spot with great food, this is a spot for you to check out. I... would recommend making reservations because this location is popular. I ordered online some spaghetti and meatballs for my wife and surprised her with pot stickers. The ordering process was easy and... when I arrived at curbside spot I text I was here. When you go to Cooper's Hawk you have high expectations. The service was good. I enjoyed the wine. Not too many vegetarian... options. I ordered a risotto. It wasn't great but it was ok. Nice and clean. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Read more
