Absolutely terrible place to eat. Not only is it absolutely disgusting , the customer service was non existent. Which was the... main reason for this review! First time eating there and do not recommend it to anyone. I ordered the steak burrito along with3 other meals. No , I wasn?t expecting top dollar steak. The chicken tenders are about 6/10 rating. That is the only reason Igave it a 1 star. The taco meat and steak tasted under cooked and mushy. I took a few bites but couldn?t stomach any of it. Iasked for a refund on just my burrito. The ?manager? on duty has ZERO customer service skills. His employee politely asked himto come over and help me. He approached his employee with a rude attitude asking her ?Why are you calling me over here? . Sheexplained the situation. The so called jerk of a manager rudely told me I?m not getting a refund. I asked for store credit inreturn. Or maybe just a drink or something. He said no. When he finally asked why I wanted a refund I explained to him the foodwas nasty , undercooked and I had to trash it. He replied with ?well, it?s not my fault you don?t like the food!? Then he saidhe?d have to refund half his customers. I asked him ?are you seriously admitting the food is disgusting?? He agreed again.Continued to say it?s not his fault the food is nasty and he?s refusing a refund or store credit. Nicholas, You really need totake some management classes! Ps . Had a BOGO coupon for double del cheeseburger. Ate the first one, almost threw up. Worst burger I've ever had. Tasted like salt... had been poured on the patties. Not going to eat the second one, for sure. I love their fish tacos, fries are always cold. Read more

Being a Californian I would go to Del Taco just about every day because the food is good and it doesn?t cost a lot. Now that... I?ve been living in Daytona Beach for a few years , I really missed their Mexican food, the hot sauce - and so I decided tomake the hour trip down here today to Del Taco.. ( I really wish they had a Del Taco over this way - Hint -Hint ) Some previousreviews were saying there is mold on the ceiling , but the truth is - is there was a leak in the roof that took about two weeksto get it fixed. ( okay ) Today the place looks great and is kept clean up to Restaurant standards. A++ Other reviews weresaying it?s too pricy , but really? that?s not true at all... (Maybe the fountain drinks cost less at Circle-K.) Although mostall of the fast-food places charge more for fountain drinks. Even Taco Bell charges more for a drink Okay--. Other than thatyou can get loaded up on tacos and burritos here for under $5 Bucks? - Ice water is for free and Del Taco ? taco sauce is theBest! When I walked in , I seen the manager himself had a mop in his hand cleaning up the floors in front of the fountaindispenser. ? That?s putting in the extra effort right there.. We got to talking and I found out several California's come hereand have nothing but nice things to say.. Both the Manager and cashier were very friendly and polite to me the entire time. We love this place. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. The tacos are tasty and full of flavor. Keep in mind... these are fast food tacos. We enjoy it better than Taco Bell and they have fries, if you want something different with yourmeal. Our choices are the Del Taco and Grilled Chicken Tacos. Read more
We used to eat at Del Taco in Vegas, but since moving back to Port Orange, Florida, don't have the pleasure anymore. Today we... decided to drive all that way (over an hour each way), making a stop in Titusville to see a rocket launch, then onto Del Taco byUCF for a ton of food! The gentleman at the counter was amazing! Sorry we didn't get his name(tall bigger dude with glasses) buthe was so friendly even when we were confusing ourselves on what we wanted. The food was awesome although the guys thought thechicken burritos used to be bigger. Haha. We made this trip 2 years ago and plan on doing it as a yearly adventure. We arestuffed, bringing leftovers home, and probably gonna pass out in a food coma when we get there. Thanks for the awesomehospitality! Read more
This place is spoken of like it's Varsity in Atlanta. It is not. On my visit there were no burgers and that is half the reason... of going there. With food tasting like it was meant for dogs, I am not confused why there only 2 cars In line. Read more
