All around great experience at this particular Denny's. Food It was great! You want to go out to eat with your friends and... family and need a somewhat cheap. Denny's got you. I didn't have any complaints about the food. I suggest to stay away from thelemonades. They taste kind of bad. I order the French toast slam and definitely enjoyed it. Staff I think we walked in whenthey were understaffed or something. Took us about five minutes for them to come up and ask how many we were. After we gotseated, it almost took 10 minutes for a waiter to come and ask us for our drinks. By then, we were all ready to order our foodso I guess it worked out. Still would've liked if we got served faster. But that doesn't take away from the fact that they wereall extremely nice waiters. Definitely deserved the tips All around decent experience. Even though they were short staff. They were awesome. Very professional and very attentive. Food came at a good time, didn't... have to wait too long. If I could give zero stars I would. Tonight my family and I were looking forward to a delicious meal. From the moment we walked... in the door we could tell something was wrong. There was 2 servers for a relatively busy Saturday night. First off we ordered 2appetizers, then asked for additional time before ordering our main meals. The main meals showed up before the appetizers, evenwith the extensive time provided. My husband got the t bone stake and he ordered it med rare and it arrived well done. Thedrinks were perpetually on empty and we were missing many items from our order. Do not get me started on the men's bathroom.Then my family and I decided to time how long it took to get the check, 30 min passed by and the server showed up with 5tickets. Keep in mind in the beginning we made it clear this was a 2 ticket meal. When we're were leaving we made an executivedecision and did not tip or tipped very little. My tip percentage bases off of a lot of things. I have a background in servingand I know how tips can effect a server. I usually tip a mediocre server 20+%. As we were walking out the server made a veryrude comment. My husband went back to the counter to have her repeat the comment and things got escalated from there. He askedfor the manager and the server threatened to have us banned from the establishment. We never raised our voices, we were neverdisrespectful and did not deserve it in return. I am severely disappointed in this entire experience. And let's not touch on thefood quality. Very disappointed. Read more
