Went in and ate there. Took some chicken dishes to go. Chicken was not cooked. Called and manager informed me there was no... way it wasn?t right since ?everything is cooked before it gets here. All we do is heat it up.? I said maybe it came to as abad batch. He said ?Not possible?you can bring it here but there is no way it?s not right and we are closing soon.? Ordered the carryout special medium pan three topping. Ordered it with pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese. Looked at my receipt... and they charged me $16.99 because they said it only had two toppings on it. I told them that extra cheese was a topping butthey would not budge on this. I have tried ordering pizza here three or four times in the last few months and every time I wait on hold for 10 to 20 minutes... and no one ever picks up... absolutely horrible customer service.. Hot mess today! Usually no problems from this store?. Answer your phones!!!! Husband was late today and wasted gas because of... them not having their stuff together. Sat on hold multiple time for about 45 minutes before I gave up!!!! Ordered a threetopping w/extra sauce for my son and it was a cheese only. Called and asked them to fix it and the young lady told me it wouldbe done when I got there. Got there they said 6 minutes, waited 10, checked the pizza and it looked dry so I asked if there wasextra sauce and she said yeah. This place has the worst customer service EVER..I requested for the staff member to put on gloves! And some Rando( I PRAY HE... WASN'T THE MANGER) comes from the back in such an unpleasant manner he told me to use Google to see they are not required towear gloves..I just canceled my order. I will make my personal business to alert any and u every I know that order from thespecific location to stop...being polite goes a long way...WORST STAFF DOMINO'S COULD HAVER EVER EMPLOYED! Staff Was rude and Ignored me for the first few minutes of being there and when I finally got service he said I thought you were... with him someone who came in a good amount of time before me. Pizza was really great ! It would have gotten 5 stars if the employee's knew how to read the order properly.. I was suppose to... get 2 identical pizzas... ???????????? but fir some reason they must not have read that both pizzas were exactly the same andsuppose to be pepperoni and extra cheese going. These are side by side pics as well as individual pics of both pizzas. You candefinitely tell which one has extra cheese???? & and which on we doesn't. I had a few guest upset bc they got cheated out ofthe chsesf goodness. It really seriously sucked and was highly inconvenient also it was paid for!! Ordered a pizza online and it said it was be 20-30 minutes, about five minutes passed and Noah began?preparing? my order I... waited and check back on the status after about 20 minutes and it still had not changed. I called six different times and waitedon hold for 5-10 minutes each time and no one answered the phone. After an hour and ten minutes passed it finally reset the timeand five minutes passed and updated to ?bake? . I took them a total of a hour and forty minutes to deliver the pizza.
