We ordered for pickup, I walk into the store greeted by a young lady who is cutting and boxing pizzas. Erica was at the... register helping another customer, so when she was finished with them she proceeds to the back on her phone instead of helpingme. If you're working the counter you suppose to take orders and give them out, let alone help the customers. She did not dothat at all with me, the other young lady asked her if she was helping me or what was the name on my order etc and she justshrugged her shoulders as if she didn't care. Erica continued on her phone, and then went on to make pizza without washing herhands or using gloves. On the bright side of it all, the pizza was good. The other young lady was fabulous. She came out herway to come up and give me my order, which was already paid for. Took her only 20 seconds to do something so simple, whichErica was suppose to do but she decided not to help me at all and walked right pass my order that was ready under the heatlamp. I hate to do this because I love dominos but if this was my first experience with this business I would NEVER come back. I was... on hold for over half an hour. In that time I downloaded the app and ordered online. I got to the store and noticed they weren?tputting garlic on any of the crust. When I asked them why they just looked at me like I was speaking another language. Then whenI made them out it on mine she the lady gave me a dirty look and literally covered my pizza in it. I ordered food from here a couple of weeks back and they sent me meat in my order when I?m vegetarian. You can?t get through on... the phone to sort anything out. I tried and was on hold for over 20 minutes. After a 10 hour flight and 2 hour drive and beingup for nearly 24 hours, I couldn?t be bothered any longer to wait as I was so tired. Ordered online Feb 14, 2018. Food came out perfectly. No issues. Store seemed clean, staff was courteous and respectful. Food... was made promptly. I love Pizza and eat all around the world.
