Ordered delivery, was waiting over an hour until I decided to just go pick up the food, upon arrival I was told by the manager... that the driver had just left with my food so I went back home (7 mins away) and waited for said driver, waited about 25 minsoutside and still no one so I called and spoke to the manager to see what was going on and she said she canceled it and why wasI ?trippin over some food? and hung up on me.. nice ???????? I?m sorry that you?re depressed and sad but you don?t have to takeyour pathetic miserable attitude out on people just trying to buy some pizza. Understaffed, employees get there late. Ordered my pizza over 30 minutes prior to me arriving there and they hadn't even... started. Then turned off the tracker and I was unable to get a status on my pizza until I got there. Asked for a refund and theytold me it would take at least 2 buesiness days. Store was full of customers whose orders had not even begun to be made yet.You're better off driving to or ordering from the 2nd closest dominoes if this is the one nearest you. This is the BEST Dominos in Orlando. Plain and simple. Hands down. 20/10 will always recommend! A bit short staffed, so I... recommend just ordering online and just pick up. But I?ve never had a bad experience doing it this way. Read more
Todays date night of 7/25/2022 the delivery driver who work night said she cried in the car she has blue and green hair we... wonder why she said that we got our pizza and look at it and she drop them on the ground the whole store played victim takingout for her it was bad real bad and she walked out and said I can't take this right now instead of making the order right shedidn't and they all took out for her making us look like we did something wrong worst store ever Read more
They online tracker said they delivered my order when they didn?t. When I called the store they didn?t even apologize or explain... why the tracker said it was delivered when it wasn?t. The driver basically got a tip without working. I never received my order.I never got my order or a refund despite them saying I would get a refund within three days. Read more
I called for 25 straight minutes while I drove there so my pizza can be ready by the time I arrived.. no one answered any of my... 9 calls!! I pull up and purposely call while I?m in the store and they literally just let the phone ring and ring and ring. Guyfinally comes up to me and asks what do I need and I proceed to tell him I?ve been calling for 25 min and he says ?yea. My badabout that?. If I?m could give them a lower score I would! Sadly, Google only allows for 1 star as the lowest. I ordered 4 pizzas from here... on Friday July 2, 2021 for my daughter?s birthday slumber party she was having. Not only was the order delivered 2 hours afterordering it. The food arrived burnt!! Every single pie was completely charcoal black burned!!! I was forced to order Pizza Hutand throw all the pizzas I ordered away. Mind you, I tipped them well above for this order and for me to be treated this way! Itipped $15 in addition to me paying $50 for the pizzas alone! I called several times throughout the night only for my call to beunanswered. When I called the next day I spoke to a ?Tim? if that even is his real name! Don?t waste your time with the place, waited over an hour and a half and was told if I want it delivered it would be another... hour, but at least I was given the option to come pick the pizza up myself and wait 40 min. After waited all that time andcalling multiple times I realized the problem to the store is improper management. The assistant manager is basically a childand talks/acts like he has no care for his job what so ever. Blaming your problems on the lack of people not wanting to work isnot how a business is run and as a manager/ supervisor of any establishment you either find a way or you shouldn?t be in amanagerial position. Won?t order from this place again and by all the other bad reviews I?ve read I would consider doing betteras a representation of dominos and actually trying to fulfill your customers request to a degree.
