This weekend I had my best delivery experience with Jorge, he was awesome, staying with my family at a disney resort and he made... sure he was going in his way and was making sure if I needed plates, napkins and making sure of my sauces before departing andcalling when arriving. Then we go to store to get carryout next day and a kind young woman takes our order perfectly and treatsus awesome again Next day I got an older driver called Ryan with a bitter and unwelcome behavior who dropped my food at thedoor all disorganized and without the sauces I paid for, he didnt even say good afternoon back when I saw him leaving, thislocation is a complete hit or miss with service because some drivers seem to know what?s going on and others are completelymediocre at best. Domino's always makes some great pizzas at good prices. These were pretty greasy so eating them got pretty messy, you can see... the grease in the boxes. Overall the food was good, got pepperonis and the supreme. Don't forget to use a coupon either asgetting a lot of stuff can start to get pricey. The ranch they have was also a nice addition to the pizza. Overall, nocomplaints really and I highly recommend this place. 5/5 Read more
Terrible , ordered pizza took over an hour until it was delivered. And the thin crust was hard and overcooked along with the... pizza cold! So nasty the kids didn't event want to eat it and now its a hassle to reach anyone for a refund. Read more
This place don?t deserve one star maybe negative five stars I normally don?t write reviews but this location forced me to write... . I am In Vacation here at bonnet creek resort in Orlando with my large family I was promised one hour delivery which isunderstandable but it took them two hours and fifteen minutes to deliver their cold pizza not only that also wrong order theysend nasty and cold chicken bites with not even any kind of sauces we order with our wings !!! I won?t even feed my dog thisfood so he won?t get sick , Called this location right a way maybe 15 times no answer!!! Called next day spoke with Kayla shesaid she will refund the charge to my credit card but then decided not to do so and promised that the manager will call me soonunfortunately no one called me and no one answered the phone when I called so many times I will leave it to that . you be thejudge !!! Last Tuesday they made me wait for 10? at the counter and they finally told me the ETA for my order will be around 45?. Pizza quality is great . Just don?t order for delivery, takes 90 plus minutes last two orders. Understand staffing... challenges, they and their system should be more honest versus take your order and put the system on hold at different intervalson their ?Great Tracker?. If I could, I would give negative stars. This was literally the worst Domino?s experience I?ve ever had. Ordered at 10:37pm on... Saturday 9/11, at 10:53pm it said it was in ?Quality Check??and it didn?t change from that until after 11:32pm. I tried callingthe store multiple times when it was stuck in QC and it just continually rang and rang. One call I was on was over 5 minutesWAITING. When we FINALLY received it (around 11:53pm), the pizza was smooshed into the top of the box and undercooked to thepoint that there were spots of COLD RAW DOUGH. The pasta dishes we ordered also came with NO SAUCE. We again tried calling thestore more than once because our food was absolutely unacceptable to no avail. It was a good choice for anyone who wants a affordable night snack after a long day walking in the parks. If you like pizza and... are staying near the area, it?s great to stop by and grab something.
