We loved the pizza. But I didn't feel welcomed by some members of the staff. Being empathetic makes the difference.
This page is full of people who want to complain about every little thing even after a pandemic when there is no one to work. I... come in to talk to these employees when I shop at Walmart and they are busting there a$$es, working shifts with half theemployees they should have. Jamie, Ethan, Jarred, Hayden, and Carlos are always happy to see me and my family, we get pizzaevery grocery trip. People should start counting their blessings and be grateful we have pizza stores still open, let alone oneswith GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and food. If anyone was rude to you, I'm gonna go ahead and assume right now you deservedit. Lastly, if you'd like a better experience, maybe TIP YOUR DRIVERS. I used to work at a pizza place and the amount most ofyou complainers are tipping wouldn't even make your great great grandmama (you know, the one who puts $5 in your Christmas cardand gets excited when you open it) happy. I Frequent this restaurant often. I always chat with the employees. For being SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED they are running a great... business. Some of the lesser reviews on here are garbage. I read one about an employee wearing sunglasses. I talk to thatemployee all the time, he is colorblind and has to wear red lenses. I wish people wouldn't write bad reviews without knowingtheir facts or taking in the consideration that most of the time they are working a 5 person shift with 2 people. Theres so much wrong with this place idk how they're still running. The cashier seemed to be non verbal until he felt like it.... The machine would not take my payment and he just stood there TEXTING in my face. When I asked him to check if it went throughhe ignored me for a good 30 seconds while he finished his text. No hair nets in sight. One of them had sun glasses on? yet hewas the only one focused on doing his job. The dough was uncooked, the wings were raw with an oyster texture to them, the saladwas quite literally yellow. Not one table was wiped down all day. I can literally keep going. Read more
They forget my order because they were talking! And in the phone! I order two smalls pizzas! Wait almost 30 minutes and they... give me one? 15 minutes after I asked them for my order pizza, and guess what? They don?t made my other pizza! So I have to waitothers 20 minutes! 5 persons working! The place was empty! No customers! And all of then just talking and using their phones!And don?t give me any apologies neither!!!! Don?t worry about delivery, you won?t receive it & when you call to inquire? they?ll hang up on you. Corporate email & calls go... unanswered, but a Google review garnishes a response, 3 weeks later, offering free pizza. There are too many other, better,cheap, options, that care, available. Food came both burnt and cold. I tried to call and see what we can do to fix the issue but I was was met with the sarcasm of a... teenage boy and an unprofessional manager that wouldn?t let me speak, had a terrible attitude and decided to hang up the phonewhile I was talking. I will never buy from dominos again especially this store and I will make sure I tell others not topurchase anything from this store. I?ve never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism and childish behavior from anestablishment that says they are dedicated to quality and customer service. I wasn?t looking for a refund, a remake of my orderwould?ve been just fine, I would?ve even returned the food they gave me. I will be in touch with corporate. Read more
