I go to Dunkin 4 or 5 days a week. Tried this location on 2 different occasions and both times the service was bad. Missed items... in the drive-thru, went inside and had to wait another 10 minutes. Second trip there was one person at the register with no helpwhile the drive thru staff just stood around. Read more
Extremely rude at the window in the drive thru. Got the order wrong. Go to a different Dunkin the service in this dunkin is bad.
Doesn?t suppose to be a fast food serving? I was on line today for 20 min, they were short of personal, a huge line of cars,... and the girl that served the people from drive through was very nasty. She kept me waiting by the window other 10 min, withoutapologizing , instead being very rude and loud. They were misplacing orders and kept people on line.
