Probably the worst Pollo on this side of town. Every time we?ve ordered from here, the order is wrong, something is missing and... today, we ordered and made to wait a good amount of time just to be told there was no chicken. The girl in drive thru right now at this time got my whole order wrong had to correct her on a few things and she didn't charge... me for two things I asked for. Arrived at this location at 8:55 on Sunday September 4th. We were told that we cannot sit inside to eat because the restaurant... was closed and only the drive thru is open until 10. This is not reflected on the website and it does not make any sense. Wealso wanted the crispy chicken and at 8:55, there was no crispy chicken left, asked for Mac and Cheese as a side and we weretold that they have not had Mac and cheese in months yet it is still on the menu? Staff also seemed irritated with having towork. Very disappointed with this location as we loaded a family of 5 in the car to eat here. Will not come back . Read more
