The worst Dunkin store ever. Not only they always mess up your order but they also do NOT apologize for doing so and wasting... your time. No customer service. prices went up we understand, their wages went up we understand but the service got way worse,there is no excuse. You ask for one sugar they put 4 sugars, you ask for 2 cremes they put 4, you ask for toasted bagel theyburn your bagel. They never get your order right and they never even apologize. I have been going to this Dunkin every morning before work faithfully for the last two years straight and today is my final time... ever going. I have had tons of issues with them not making my coffee correct over the past year, this morning I ordered a mochaiced coffee, a caramel iced coffee and a Charlie, the Charlie came with no foam and both the other coffees taste like WATER theylooked like it as well. This is not the first time that I?ve had this issue I don?t understand why they cannot make a coffeecorrectly it?s like I will get a coffee correct for a week straight and then the following week whoever is making it has no ideawhat they?re doing! Came here the other morning before church. It was packed. Very popular. Got black tea with lemon and jelly donut. Very good. My... sister got coffee with milk...but she said it didn't come out well. Too bitter or not enough milk in it for her. Read more
This place is hit or miss if it is even open in the am. The staff always seems annoyed and sometimes just refuse to stop their... conversations to wait on people in the drive through. All week the cold brew tastes awful and burnt. If you ask for it to beremade they roll their eyes as if the customer did something wrong. The manager could care less what his staff does. There areonly two woman in there that kill it and make the coffee correctly and are very friendly, the rest are more concerned withsocializing than doing their job. My children should not hear personal conversations that include swearing and screaming WHILE amanager is right there. This place is horrible and I spend alot of money here. I will no longer be spending my $5 or moredollars a day esp since all week the coffee has been burnt tasting and nasty. Thanks for wasting a single moms money. Read more
Coffee was good as we're the donuts but as others have said, the place is very dirty. The bins are full, the tables have sugar... on them and the floor hasn't been swept. I would say they will probably be shut down soon. Read more
Dunkin' donuts has been part of my life since I can remember my grandfather bringing me there as a child. this is one of the... more friendly Dunkin' donuts in the metropolitan area.
