Literally the only Dunkin' worth going to, every other store I've been to serves you old/burnt coffee. It's not even... comparable. The staff are amazing here, whoever manages this store needs to give a fat raise to the afternoon/evening shift(especially Genesis, give that girl her own franchise). Everyone is super friendly & makes amazing drinks - seriously - theydeserve wayyyy more money for how good they are at their jobs & how much they care. Read more
Unfortunately threw my receipt away so I am unable to complete the survey, hoping this review can help them out though too! The... staff provided excellent customer service from the second I pulled up to the drive through speaker. Jeremiah was engaging andfun, he is definitely one of a kind! The employee at the window was also super friendly and the whole experience definitelyhelped to start our morning off right! I?m today?s world, it is so important to provide positive feedback when it is deserved! We usually stop here to grab donuts when my oldest son works weekends... Never had a problem before. This morning, as the... picture shows, they had no donuts? The people in front of us asked for a cinnamon bagel, and the cashier said they didn't haveany bagels at the moment. Then, you could hear one of the other employees ask another one about stuff not being ready and thelady in the back, loud enough that anyone in the store could hear it, stated that she was praying. That she "cared more aboutGod than the store", and that she was "Catholic and it was Easter and praying was more important." I am 100% on board withpraying and loving God, but felt it was in bad taste to practically shout about it in a business, when you don't know everyoneelse's religious beliefs, and customers are present... Especially when the customers can really only order a handful of items onthe menu. My son and I joked as we walked back to the car that they should turn off the word "Donuts" on their sign. They arejust "Dunkin'" now... Though I am not sure what they are "dunkin". Read more

I always say that the people who serve your coffee in the morning are the most important people because they either make or... break your day. I am so thankful I came to this DD today! They were all so friendly and the lady taking my order was EXTREMELYnice, I wish I had gotten her name but she was amazing!
