We ordered 2 drinks and a doughnut ????. The doughnut was good, but both of our drinks were wrong. And we repeated our order... twice to the cashier because they couldnt hear us, but they were still wrong. Read more
This Dunkin' Donuts is in a rest stop on the Florida Turnpike. You aren't supposed to order at the counter any more, but their... kiosks work very poorly, if at all. I wanted a latte but the 2 working kiosks both said a latte couldn't be purchased. Agentleman at the counter said it was no problem with a woman rudely telling me that I should be using the kiosk! I finally gotmy drink, but the whole experience was a poor one. Read more
Worst unorganized one I've been in. May have been understaffed to handle a rush. Employees rude to customers, long wait for... orders, orders not correct. My sandwich came up in 10 minutes, black coffee 30 minutes later. I asked about it and was toldthey will call you when it's ready. Ordered large, received medium. 1. Positive, cook was on top of it. 2. Supervisoroblivious to what was happening. Stayed on register and pushed orders versus controlling flow. 3. Server arguing and makingsnide comments to customers. I.e. "Your just going to have to wait like everyone else!" 4. Drinks in the window, not knowingwhat order it went to. 5. All customers frustrated, rightfully so. Several left without their complete order, after waiting 20to 40 minutes. 6. I saw two who ordered when I did, order black coffee. Did not get their order and just left. Very disorganized, slow and messed up my order, drink had to be made 3x. Online and kiosk orders crushing them. Not very well... thought out!!! Don't accept Dunkin Credit to boot. I only gave 2 stars because I felt bad the system is poorly designed yet Ihave a feeling as a franchise, some of it is self inflicted! Read more
