Ok. . . . I understand that Dunkin' Donuts is a franchised thing. But...since their food choices are rather limited, one would... expect things always be in stock. Unfortunately, this is not the case with particular store. I have been here many times and Ihave yet to get an order that was correct or complete. They always manage to be out of something. Read more
The service is always very slow and even though we went in the morning, the donuts seemed stale and not stocked. The coffee... drink was mostly ice and no drink. 6-10-22 around 6pm, name on receipt says Shaun I believe a new employee was being trained there that day. I assume Shaun was... the one training. New guy was fine other guy, really pale with light hair really young pimple-faced guy has an attitude with mefor no reason. I asked for a small iced coffee they literally gave me a cup of beige half and half. If the new guy made it Nobig deal can't blame him. But you guys need some standards. Also I'm assuming pale guy didn't do it purpose to be petty causeI asked for two creams. Get it together cause I'm about to go back to Starbucks! I had an issue with my coffee (it was empty), normally they fill half cup foam and other half coffee, in this visit I asked for ... light foam but instead I received light coffee. I talked to a girl who works there (blue hair) the answer was I don?t put theprices and did offer to not change the coffee. It seems that THIS STORE likes to give us less for our money. Read more
Placed a $25 mobile pick-up order. No bacon (at all) on two out of three of the breakfast sandwiches. No apple fritter. No... creamer included for the coffee and no napkins. Receipt read correctly but order was very wrong and incomplete. Called storeonce I got home and realized how much was wrong/missing. Manager/Owner was extremely rude. I asked him to credit me for themissing items and he insisted I leave my company and come back to the store - a 40 minute roundtrip drive. When I declined hesaid there was nothing he could do unless I drove back to the store. Buyer beware. Read more
Wonderful service, drinks tasted great, and just overall good experience. Max and Andrew were phenomenal! I must've had a... billion questions about the menu, and they were so patient, and helpful, and most importantly, kind about it all, which as aperson who does ask a lot of questions, can be a challenge to find these days! They actually helped brighten my day, and I justwanted to thank those two personally for that, and Dunkin for employing such wonderful staff!
