Best Dunkin I've even been to! I've visited this particular location on several occasions because after my first stop I could... tell how well crafted the signature coffee was and how attentive the crew was inside so I knew this was a gem. My previousexperience with Dunkin stores was "I need a coffee, it's convenient, it's on the go, and it tastes alright" (plus I'm loyal tothe brand). But now after visiting this location, I can taste the actual coffee flavors that I'm ordering from start to finishin my drink. Even though i don't "need" a large, I'll order a large regardless because the quality dictates that, and you gottatreat yo' self from time to time. I live nowhere near this location and I will go 20 minutes out of my way to come here. And ifI'm driving around the area during my work day, I will make sure it is on my route. Walked in to get some donuts was looking at the donuts someone said I can help you down by the drive through I told them I'd... like to get some donuts and no one bothered to come down to where the donuts are at so I could select the ones I wanted so Ileft if they could stop socializing while they have customers I would not have left said crew not prepared to handle customerswho want to see what they are buying. Customer service was good but my ice coffee was not good had to go back . But was satisfied very nice young man
Service here is brutal. They generally take anywhere between 2-5 minutes per car in the drive thru. Thought going inside would... be quicker one day and I was in there for almost 25 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me before I got my order. This locationis usually fully staffed but the lack of urgency with every employee is irritating. I never take the time to write bad reviewsbut after the 5th or 6th bad experience in a row I had to. I know I'm also not the only one. I've seen numerous customers everytime I've been here come back to get an order corrected or to complain. I only come here for the fact that it's 2 minutes awayfrom me. But I could drive to the next nearest location and back before I would be served here. Edit: I was in line whenwriting this. I went here and they took almost an hour to get two drinks ready. They told me to move up for their timer after maybe 25 to 30... minutes and gave the person behind me who just pulled up their things. Then they were serving the person inside who just walkedin while I was still waiting. Then they said the drinks got messed up and will have to make new ones. They were so bad I had topour them out. Mine started turning this brown color and it is not supposed to do that. By the time I poured them out mine wasalmost all brown. I would give zero stars if I could. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. The staff here is so rude and they are always out of stock. I went at 10:45 am for a wake up... wrap. They were out of tortillas. I tried for a croissant instead, but they didn?t have that either. Every time I go here theyare out of what I?m trying to order. Even though I?ve never been rude or disrespectful, the staff gives me attitude as if it?smy fault for being disappointed.
