This review is for store 355403 Sheila. This morning i have experienced the worst customer service experience. The manager is... charged Mrs. Sheila..was very rude... because i took back some bagels, 3 of them were very hard...not fresh at all or overcooked. She get upset because she was saying they serve fresh bagels everyday. Not all the bagels were bad, i bought 6 and 3of them were hard like a rock. I was getting this food for a very important customer, i cant serve those bagels they way theywere. She also was complaining i didn't bring the cream cheese back, i was running out time because my customer was about to getto our facilities. I told her i could pay for the cream cheese and I decided to change the bagels for muffins and pay thedifference. She was having a very difficult moment, assuming personal issues, but that is not proper way to do customerservice... especially if is a Manager... can't imagine the employees working for her with that behavior. Mrs. Sheila have youheard this line that said: Kill Poeple w Kidness!..I forgive you... please leave your personal situations out the door and don'tbring that Nasty Attitude to your Customers or employees. The people that eat in your store are the ones that pay for yoursalary. I wasnt rude to you at all, i was trying to get fresh food that is what i pay for. Life is a learning process...hopeyou learn to be better on what you do, if you dont have skills to work on this environment, better prepare yourself to not bedealing w these situations. I came here on Saturday morning and got the croissant, hashbrown, and pumpkin spice cold brew. Literally all 3 went to trash.... I'm not a picky person at all. The croissant tasted funny made me gage. The hashbrown were stale and burnt. The coffee tastedlike water and sugar. Will never get breakfast from dunkin again. Read more

Dimly lit, dirty, and half of the store appears to be closed. The line is always long, the service slow, and the employees are... not friendly, knowledgeable, or caring whatsoever. If this was my first time in a Dunkin? I assure you?it would be my verylast. Get your breakfast anywhere else. Read more

One lady was so impatient when I was ordering and gave me a attitude and I felt rushed when nobody was in line behind me when... it?s packed then i usually get the same thing so I?m not taking up the line but I wanted to try something new for once and whenwe went to the window to get my drink she was giving us all dirty looks. drink was amazing but employees need to work on thereattitude if you hate your job so bad don?t work there and making every body else?s day bad. Great customer service specially from Maxime and Doe who were amazing. They didn?t have any donuts with sprinkles left and they... could have just sold what they had but Maxime offered to add sprinkles to two donuts just to make my kids happy and Doe took thepayment with great energy. With the happenings of the past few years the 4 DD's I have to choose from have not been up to par. But the furthest from me I... can always count on, when I have business in that area. The girls who take your order and fix your order at the drive up are sopleasant and accommodating. And management has taken the time to post a sign about being short-handed. This is indeed the worse Dunkin i have come across. I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cheese. I get veggie cheese on the... side. I can?t do the side because I need to eat while driving! Am I supposed to spread the cheese while driving on thehighway?! I told the cashier that I need to change the order if the cheese is gonna be on the side (she quoted covidrestrictions however I?ve had tens of Dunkin bagels with cheese inside over the last year without any issues)? I changed theorder to a sandwich. However, the cashier had the worst attitude I?ve ever seen in the industry. She was giving me pushback andthen spent 10+ mins trying to figure out the difference between the two orders. At one point, she had me pull my phone tocalculate the difference which came out at about 1.5 dollars (she still charged me 2+ dollars which I?m yet to understandwhy)? I?ve never seen such terrible customer service in my life!! Avoid this branch and their massive attitude!!! Read more
