The RAGE, okay I'm calm. I have attempted to get food here, I've really tried, guys. Something is always gross, undercooked,... missing ingredients, prepared incorrectly or takes forever. Dunkin' isn't cheap, but the food sure comes across as such. ATurkey, Egg and Cheese sandwich comes with a slice of Turkey slivered with a frozen core, an ashen slice of cheese and no egg.The bagels? hope you like stale, hard-as-a-rock, innertubes. I supposed they could be repurposed as lifesavers...wood floats,after all. Don't try to call the store to set-up a replacement, the line rings "The wireless caller you are attempting to reachis unavailable" (Maybe becasue they are chewing bubble gum and laughing into their cash register) If I do ever order from hereagain, I'm opening everything, tasting everything - this is absurd. Hi, really bad service i going all the time to drink cafe with milk but now I do not what happens is suppose they close at... 9:00pm but when I going around 8:00pm to order my coffee i can't t because the machine is clean hour before they close the doorsyesterday i going around 8:15pm and the employee close the door in my face when I ask him at what time you guys close the storetoday he told me at 9:00pm what he explain to my person they close early to clean the store and that is no right that no happensbefore i am visit this place cos 10 years and that no happens before really they need check the employees to check what going onthank you and have a blessed day ????. I've been sleepin on Dunkin... Chicken croissant was fire... And what? Just a bag of bacon... To go with it. Yeah... Bacon... goodness with this sweet black peppery wonder drug all over it. I stop here every couple weeks for a quick breakfast while on the way for meetings or appointments when I'm short on time.... Usually the coffee and doughnuts are always good. I'm a huge fan of their hash browns but only when they prepare them right. Toomany times have I received their hash browns cold and yet they are served looking more like a hash black covered in scorch marksthat after being burnt was placed under a low warmth heat lamp. I also wanted to point out a specific order I had last week.The bagel I received was so chewy the dog wouldn't even eat it and he is known to eat nearly anything. He weighs in at about 45LBs and can make a burrito disappear in under 4 seconds. Yet the Cinnamon Raisin Bagel to him seemed inedible. He did lack thecream cheese off as it was good but the rest of the bagel He dropped to the floor in disgust. The workers at my local DD are atleast polite and willing to fix mistakes but too often I'm already in a rush to check the food as it comes out and then go backthrough to line again. Read more
Yesterday I went to buy some coffee. I was inside the place. There was no one before me, and a car in the service car. I was... waiting 30 minutes. Since I had already paid, I waited for my 4 coffee. There were 3 employees. 2 with a bad face The one whoattended me did not have a bad face but he was lost and did not know what to do. A lady who had asked for a cold tea for theservice entered the premises because they gave her the tea she did not ask for. I?ve only gotten breakfast from here and it?s always been through the drive-thru. Not a lot of room in the parking lot. It does... get busy at random times and the cars are all the way out in Goldenrod Road. The food is usually good but the sweet tea is veryinconsistent. The sweet tea tastes like water and spit sometimes. Now it seems it?s never good anymore so I don?t get it. Idon?t like coffee but I?ve heard it is good here. Read more
Always a fan of a good old fashioned dunkin donuts. Although, on this particular day there was a newly hired member of staff at... the register who didn't seem to be properly trained. She made mistakes with charging us and due to her mistake we did not get totake advantage of the establishments happy hour prices seeing as to fix the mistake we went over the time frame that correspondswith the special and since the register did it automatically she could did not honor the prices we had initially seen on theregister screen. Overall, dunkin is dunkin! Very popular franchise just keep in mind properly trained and welcoming staff iswhat makes us customers want to revisit the location.
