It took this place a long time to come up to the standard Firehouse quality. They had a lot of trouble keeping the subs hot.... They finally have it down and are now as good as any of the other firehouse location. Read more
Terrible. 4 people working in the store with 2 customers and it took 15 minutes to make a kid's meal. Moreover, they made the... sandwich HOT! Who the hell makes a hot sandwich for a child?!? The cheese burned my tongue even when I tried it! ???? They alsoasked if we wanted a Rice Krispie treat or chips with it, and when we said chips, they tacked on an extra dollar to the order!Why offer a substitute item if there is an upcharge without letting the customer know?!?
