Terrible disgrace for flippers pizza. I love this chain and had only good experiences till now. The salad was like 2 bites of... lettuce and wilted. I asked to remake and this is the remade one (pic below). I checked the pizza and it was not cooked on thebottom, it was so undercooked and when brought up to the manager he had the attitude that because he did it personally it?sperfect. If you don?t order well done that?s what we do. I?ll only remake if you have it as well done on your ticket. I?mappalled at this and sad this was my experience. Need to fix this location bad. This was our first time eating at Flippers. The food and customer service could not have been better. Roosevelt was highly... knowledgeable in their options and ingredients that were used. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere wasfriendly and comfortable. Next time we are in Florida we look forward to eating at Flippers. Read more
Highly recommend. First time here. Carrie was very helpful and took great of our party of 6. Got the cheesey bread for... starters and a Big Pie, my pie with pineapple and tomatoes added. You can really taste the fresh ingredients. One of the bestpizzas we've had. Would love to have these in our area of Texas! Read more
We always stop in when in town and haven?t been to this location in a while. Still the same great quality pizza and the bread... bites are to die for. If your going to load down on carbs you might as well do it with their heavenly bread bites. Read more
It?s a little expensive for what you get. The pizza is a bit thin. I like my dough a little thicker. The flavor is good. You get... quoted 20 mins and it wasn?t ready for about 35-40. Wings are also good. Tried the Hot Honey flavor and I think it tasted great.The pepperoni pizza rolls are good too. The sauce that comes with it is amazing. Wish they gave more though. Read more
