First time Experience was amazing had date night with the baby and we both were very pleased. The service was beyond... exceptional. I'm a local not a tourist and I'm also a foodie. The food was amazing the the meat was flavored so well let's nottalk about how juicy it was. I loved the potato salad I was too stuffed off the sweet plantains and fry potatoes with the Parmesan cheese (I think ) that I couldn't even order the chocolate moose pie but next time I most definitely will!! As a solo diner who was looking to celebrate her birthday. I was expecting a little bit more with the service. I understand that... these are trying times and servers prefer to cater to a larger party for more tips versus someone who is solo. However, I wishthe service was a little bit better. My waiter came to the table once and then the next time to give me my check. I still tippedhim because I believe in the service industry. The food was very good. My favorite was the Brazilian dinnerbread. I'm not sureof the exact name. I didn't make a reservation and I was able to get in on the day that I needed to. I understand I came duringa very busy time. The service here is always great. The staff are always checking on us and always seem happy. The food is pretty good. It's a... Brazilian Steakhouse so be prepared for lots of meat! They also have a very well stocked salad bar. The wine options are decentand I believe that you can bring your own bottle in for a corking fee (might want to confirm before you do). Service ???? On March 26, 2022, I celebrated turning 50 at your Fogo de Chão location in Orlando, Florida. I am writing to thank you and... your entire staff for a memorable evening for me and my family. Everything from the beginning to the end was amazing. Ms.Elsayed did an excellent job at communicating with me and my planner to ensure that my night was perfect. We had the pleasure ofbeing taken care of by Bruno and Carlos. They were very attentive to me and my guest's every need, never missing a beat. Theyintroduced themselves and made sure whatever we needed or wanted was not an issue. It was definitely a sign of great teamwork,to be able to cater to 33 people and still be pleasant and joyful lets me know I picked the right place to celebrate. I amstill getting phone calls from the attendees, they were impressed with your staff and more importantly the food. Everything wasdelicious, from the Seafood Tower to the different grilled meats, it was magnificent. I would also like to give a huge thank youto the manager on duty that night, who kept things running smoothly and came in a checked on us, Mr. Paulo Santos. The Orlando Fogo de Chão team is amazing! The Sales Manager, Teresa, did an excellent job. She promptly answered all of my... tedious questions and provided me with different options until we found one that worked for our large party. She left lots ofnotes for the serving team and managers for the day of the event. Fogo was generous enough to assist my outside vendors when aparty planner (The Perfect Occasion Orlando/Miami) stole my money and did not deliver on anything. Max was a stellar server,along with the other team members. The team beautifully displayed and served the treats I brought with me. I know it isdifficult to serve such a large party, so I appreciate them going above and beyond. I eat here often, but I am SO GLAD that myguests experienced such an event.
