Updated star amount: I don't believe it's the restaurant's fault and do blame the slice app. Next time I'll use a different... service since the food is really good! Food is good but I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery. After ordering, our wait timedoubled, and since we had a hungry toddler, I attempted to cancel the order through the slice text message I was getting updateson. I received a confirmation via text that the order was cancelled and my account would be refunded in 2-4 days. An hour later,the pizza arrived. Never disappoints. I love pizza and this is the best one on this side of town. The sauce is one you won't find anywhere in the... Orlando area. Let me also outline their crust (another level). Good pizza and maranara sauce tasted like it was made in house which I liked. We got our pizza quickly and the people that... worked there were polite. Brought out our pizza to the tablr and brought us our drinks. That's more than they tend to do atsmall pizzarias. Pleased with my order and look forward to trying other menu items. Read more
My boyfriend and I order from here regularly, however, lately we have been having issues and for the $$ we shell out, is... becoming unacceptable. One time the driver forgot our 2 liter, I had to call about this and they actually asked if I stillwanted it and it seemed like an issue for someone to bring it out. Needless to say, by the time we received it, we had eatenalready as we didn?t want things to get cold. Tonight we had an issue with them not being able to find my apartment. This hasbeen a reoccurring problem on several occasions and me not being able to speak Spanish seems to cause even more issues whentrying to convey where we are. I was speaking to a male and a female was talking loudly in the background, my boyfriend had togo outside to find them and two people were in the vehicle-just odd.
