I decided to have the salmon bento box and it was delicious! The rice was cooked perfectly, the salmon was crispy on the top, my... tempura shrimp was crunchy and tasted like it was cooked in fresh oil and not day old oil. The prices for sushi are amaze balls especially if you hit it at happy hour. Can?t be beat. The service is always great when my... kids and I go here. The restaurant is always kind of humid and muggy feeling. It?s just too hot. No complaints about the foodservices or prices. Had to give 4 stars though because it?s just not as enjoyable or comfortable with the temperature in there.If that was nit an issue would give 5 stars. Read more

Fujiama Sushi is one of the most amazing Sushi places you?ll ever go to. Their sushi is always super fresh and absolutely... delicious! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Kevin and he?s one of the kindest and funniest people I?ve ever met. Theportions are always generous and the new remodeling they did for the restaurant made it even more amazing to visit. I highlyrecommend this sushi restaurant over any other! 5 stars for sure! I gave this place another shot. I really wanted to enjoy this food, but it?s safe to say I won?t be back (or ordering takeout... again). Maybe Coco?s Curry Ichibanya and the sushi in Okinawa, Japan spoiled me but what I have tried here at Fujiyama islacking. Bulgogi- too many onions, not enough sweet Korean bbq flavor Monster roll and Crunchy roll.. very plain. Maybe sushiisn?t meant to be delivered but I have had better through take out. The crunchy roll wasn?t crunchy by the time it got to me,and if it weren?t for the spicy Mayo there would barely be any flavor. Japanese Curry- why is chicken katsu not an option toget with curry? This Curry is watered down and the chicken is also lacking in flavor. I?m sorry, but again, I am disappointed.I don?t mean harm to your business but I?ve wasted enough money here. Read more
