Would have gotten a 5 star review if the bartender was more attentive to the customers. She had short term memory except when it... came time to pay. I don't think I'll go back to this gator's dockside again. Food was warm like it was sitting for awhileunderneath the warmer. The Philly sub had more peppers than anything else. I used to go to other gator's docksides before and Ihave never had a bad experience like this before. Read more
We had a couple of dishes from the lunch menu. Food was good, both price and taste. Tables were clean. We chose to eat outside... which, being non-smokers, was a bad choice but not anything Gators could help. Next time we will be inside. Read more
Dorothy S server at 45 W Crystal Lake Street Awesome personally Customer service and Attitude. The Food was hot and came out... fast Dorothy had great recommendations on food choices and was a great host. We were a large group she was able to attend to thewhole family and help us sing happy birthday to my daughter who turned 21. Service was good not great but good. Drinks were jam-up, the bartender was over the top on making drinks, delicious ????. Was... very disappointed with the food this time around, fried mushrooms were not fried crispy enough, very soggy leaving water on theplate. Spinach dip was very vinegary, the chips were stale. Now, the wings were great, but I was served a plate of soggy limpbrown ended celery, looked terrible, and very mushy. I asked for a fresh plate but the waitress was kind enough to tell us itall looked that way. It should have been thrown out. We ordered food to learn the lesson we needed to check the orders beforeleaving... The Philly sandwich had very little meat or cheese, we paid $11.99 for basically a sub roll. We ordered mash potatoeswith it, they were decent. Also ordered the blackened shrimp tacos, the shrimp was not blackened and the sauce on it wasextremely hot, I ordered the mixed vegetables with it and they were Horrible! Overall food was good and the service was as well. The poboy was flavorful and had plenty to fill you up. It was missing a... little taste to tie in but I think that was because I opted to not have the blue cheese. Maybe I should have added ranch. Thefries were of great texture and flavor, they may have come out slightly early because they weren't cold but also weren't hotwhen I received them. The wings were okay, plenty to bite but there was an opportunity with the flavor being consistentlythrough them. The girlfriend had fettuccine for her taste the noodles had a slight much bite, but she was chowing down and saidshe couldn't believe her plate was so full after she ate. Our waitress was fast and on top of everything. My biggest pet peeveis when my soft drink goes empty but she made sure I was always in a good place. Also the music, personally I loved it. Came here on my lunch break. Decided to get the wingers lunch special. (Tenders with fries and sauce). Taken aback slightly by... the color of the lemon pepper sauce. But it was delicious. A great place to hang with family and friends for a meal or just a quick bite. The service is wonderful and the menu selection... is great. There are plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sport team. They have a nice craft beer selection on draft. Read more
Missing wings, bartender took extremely long to prepare drinks and they only tasted like chaser. We were the only black couple... on a Wednesday night. The service we received made us feel that way. Didn?t complain but made a mental note and review. Read more
