Food does taste consistently good. The waiter is very tentative depending who you get. The place is empty the majority of the... time we go during lunch. Order delivery tonight and was 2 hours before delivered, which I tried to understand as they sent text messages. However when... food arrived, my quesadillas were uneatable. Burnt, greasy, just awful. The Philly Cheesesteak was okay, but fries were stonecold and soggy. Since we had no electricity due to Hurricane Ian, we needed some good food. Ordered a carryout order today from this Gators Dockside and I got 2 winger dinners. Both winger dinners had pretty much no... sauce on them at all and the wingers were half the size they normally are. I called the manager to let him know and he said Icould come back up and get new ones and I asked for a refund because I don't live close and when I did he insisted that I bringthe wingers so he could take a look at them. which is understandable so I did. Went back up to Gators which he told me theywould be ready in 15 minutes, which it takes me 20 minutes to get there and when I got there they were not ready I had to waitanother 10 minutes before the manager would come see me. When he came out with the food he said he would trade me didn't evenlook at the wingers and told me he would refund me and tried to send me out the door. I asked him for the receipt for the refundand he seemed annoyed and started asking me questions, such as my name and phone number, so he could give me a refund... I don'tunderstand how he would refund me if he didn't even remember my name. Another note I had to wait another 10 minutes because whenhe took the wingers I bought back and didn't look in the togo box he threw away my onion pedals so I had to wait to get somemore. I believe West was the managers name and hopefully next time the management here has a more professional approach and isnot so challenging towards the customer. I gave the review a 2 star because after it was fixed the food was great and the frontdoor host was wonderful. Read more
Fun place, Wednesday night trivia and all you can eat boneless wings. Wings were great, solid chunks of white meat lightly... breaded and coated with one of their amazing sauces. Last set was the hottest they have and tasty good. Good assortment ofcomfort food, beer and more. Friend had a salad that looked good. Read more
Food is good enough. Service is reliably slow and inoffensive, has been for the last decade, including at my last visit where... they forgot the chicken in a chicken Caesar salad. Prices are fine. The new beignets are pretty good. I recommend the chicken(wings, tenders). 3.75/5 Read more

Ordered food over the phone I got an order of 25 grilled scooter wings I ordered wings from here specifically for the scooter... flavor. I picked up my order got home to open a box of burnt wings with no sauce. I called and spoke to a rude manager who?sonly response was ?we encourage our guest to check the food? will I would hope you encourage your staff to make sure the ordersare correct and not burnt? he told me he put ?money? into my account didn?t tell me how much or how to access it for my nextvisit.
