Food was definitely Denny’s level. Menu choices are nice, but the actual product was low level quality. Service, atmosphere,... and ambiance were nice. Would not return due to low quality of food. Definitely over priced. Read more

Setting: The restaurant itself is elegant but the location is in the hotel that houses delayed flyers and the view is of... runways. Parking is odd in that GPS doesn’t take you here directly and parking is pretty much valet but you don’t getparking validated so it’s a weird hustle by them. Food: Elegantly plated as the pictures show but no good flavor. No interestingredients just the usual legumes. If you want something unique try something else. Service: Not fine dining service but theyalso aren’t rude. Read more

Great location with view over the taxi ways and runways. service was excellent. Best bit. Vegan food! Roasted half cauliflower... on potatoes and veggies with a sauce to die for. Perfectly cooked. Read more

We went for the Mother’s Day Brunch. The location and ambiance is great because you can see the airplanes landing and taking... off in the background while enjoying a meal in a very airy and relaxing restaurant. The food was nicely payed out and easy toaccess. The servers were very attentive refilling our drinks including mimosas and picking up the used plates. All the food wasvery well seasoned. The chicken was a little dry on half of the medallion that I tasted but also probably because it was sittingat the bottom of the chafing dish right over the flame. The mixed vegetable medley was perfect seasoned but because they werein a coved steaming chafing dish, they were “mushier” than you would expect but they were still delicious. The garlic mashedpotatoes were flavorful. The tri tip steak was very tender and the available bourbon sauce was the perfect accompaniment. Thesalmon Benedict had perfectly poached eggs on top with a perfectly sized slice of smoked salmon. The raw oysters were perfectlychilled on crushed ice and the 3 sushi rolls had fresh sushi grade fish so it didn’t taste like “grocery store” coldsushi. The cocktail shrimp were big and plump and were served in shot glasses with cocktail sauce at the bottom. The variousdeserts were located at several self serve locations so access was very quick and easy. My girlfriend’s mother had a awonderful time and this was her second time here for this Mother’s Day brunch and she looks forward coming back for many more. Read more

Terrible wait. Great views, decent server, fantastic menu. You'd think that a restaurant co-located at an airport would start on... your small group's meals within nearly an hour of waiting, especially when there were many empty tables. When it was obvious wewere in jeopardy of missing our flight, we cancelled three meals left on our order and had to take one as carry out. Then thechef came out and was rude, which delayed us further. It would have been great to have been able to eat and for someconsideration to have been made to our bill when we were so inconvenienced. We were pleasantly surprised that a hotel restaurant had tasty fresh food with great choices. We ordered the Thai sweet chili... boneless chicken tenders and Edamame for starters. The tenders were great and very tender, not tough to chew! The edamame was“ok.” The menu offers a variety of food choices in addition to a sushi menu with Nigiri and roll options. The main menu hasseveral food choices but offers the opportunity to create your own entree. You can start with your protein, choose how you wantit cooked, add two sides and a sauce. My blackened shrimp were too heavily seasoned (hence the 4 star) and therefore too salty. The plank Salmon was perfect! I would be remiss to our compliment Richard our server! Read more

The experience at this restaurant was so amazing that we dined here two nights in a row. Natalia made some amazing... recommendations and took great care of us. We started with the octopus, soft shell crab, pear salad, and crawfish chowder. Allhad amazing flavors. For the main entree we ordered the salmon and scallops with squid ink pasta. The scallops were delicious, while the salmon was good, but just slightly over. Day two we ordered the catch of the day (shrimp) with risotto and my friendhad the filet. Both cooked to perfection. We finished off with various desserts, which were all great. I asked how the grits inthe soft shell crab were prepared, and to my amazement Natalia brought out chef Shelby! She shared the recipe, took ourfeedback, and came back to our table to personally check on us. Now that's what I call service! I never would have thought thatthe best restaurant in Orlando would be located at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport. This is officially ourfavorite restaurant in Orlando! Read more
