my tea is very good but it is FULL of ice. boba, then ice ALL the way to the TOP i couldn?t get my straw through all of the ice.... i finished it in less than 5 min. i did notice that the staff doesn?t use gloves. But the shop is ADORABLE and everything therelooks and sounds so delicious. they definitely offer cute options and very visually appealing and fun menu items. the shopitself is a great environment with nice seating and games to play. also a great picture place lounge area. I went during a dead time; I was the only one there. The cashier was friendly and great. The atmosphere was also pretty quaint... and lovely! The Mango Tango fruit tea I got however, was super disappointing. First off, they put *lot* of ice in my tea whichI hate. Try and ask for light ice if you come here. Second, the tapioca boba pearls were very inconsistent. Some were perfectand soft, and others were ?undercooked? and slightly hard. Overall I probably won?t come back to this place for boba. A lot of potential and really wanted to like this place but was disappointing. The ice creams were icy and didn't have much... flavor, despite their vivid coloring. If going for just a snow flavor, then they've nailed it, but I thought it'll have at leastsome flavor to it. The toppings were good though, like egg custard, red bean, and jellies. Friendly staff but place had an oddsmell to it that was overwhelming. Does have seating but music too distracting to stay long. Read more

This little lounge is so adorable! Parking is free, but there are a lot of other stores nearby, so just bear that in mind. The... service was very fast and the staff is friendly. The bubble (boba) tea and fries were delicious! I will be back again ???? Read more
Awesome place, wait times are on the higher side not a problem for me but be aware, food was worth it; note: if you get the rice... bun it is hard not soft (I?ve noticed that causes confusion) but very tasty I loved the chicken katsu! Staff is very honest andfriendly, an overall chill environment, definitely would come back. Read more
was so excited to try this place. waited about an hour for my doordash order, and i had noticed after taking a couple sips of... the lavender milk tea that there were multiple black strands of hair inside the drink!!! there ended up being long black hairsin both drinks we ordered. after that, i opened up my beyond burger box hoping the food would at least be OK, and immediatelysaw a strand of blonde hair stuck in the sandwich. i wish i could give them another chance but this was just too much! neveragain :( Read more
I don't have boba where I grew up, but this place made it seem magical! Staff were very kind in explaining what certain items... were, and the drink was delicious! (Pomegranate & passion fruit with mango boba), met with some friends to hang out, very chilland cute place. Definitely coming back :D Read more
