This place needs to be shut down or get new management. Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I got take it and when I got home noticed... that I had someone else?s food!! This was supposed to be scrambles eggs with bacon! Obviously, this is not what I got. No oneanswers the phone. Save your money and go somewhere else!! Wish I could give zero stars. Read more

I had the 2x2x2 with two eggs, 2 bacon and 2 pancakes. It was simple and enough food without overdoing it. The server was very... nice but seemed to be covering a big area. The wait was about 20 minutes at 9:30am for a party of 2. When we left about 35minutes later, it seemed to have twice as many people waiting. I did not see the redemption code for the new "Pancoins" IHOPrewards program on the paid nor unpaid receipts yet. Read more
The best breakfast I've had at an IHOP in a while....clearly this will be the place we visit when traveling through town...staff... friendly and courteous...clean restaurant...quick service even when its busy...the best part was the food...hot and fast.....definitely deserves more stars Read more
Checking in was chaotic with the social distancing, the crowded wait, and people coming and going. No clear idea who was waiting... to be seated, waiting for a to go order, or waiting to check in. The hostess was very busy also clearing tables, but when itcame to calling ready tables, she was very hard to understand. We waited out front on the curb because it was so crowded. Sheeventually poked her head out of the door quietly called an undistinguishable party number and name one time and then went backinside. We verified that no one understood what she said and then immediately went in after her to verify what she said but shewas already gone. When she came back to the podium, we asked if she called us and she rudely said "I called you!" Then showed usback to our seats. Minus a ? for her! Marc, our server, was outstanding! He was friendly, attentive, and a great communicator!He took time to talk with the members of tables and connect despite the busyness. The service was definitely personalized! Hechecked on us to ensure we had everything that we needed but wasn't overwhelming. He took our order for a table of 4 from memorywith a lot of additions and didn't miss a thing!!! We hadn't visited any IHOP for dinner time and were pleasantly surprised with the modernized look compared to what we remember.... Staff were nice, but busy like so many places in this area. Food was "okay" - comfort food, but not much to rave about in looknor taste. Read more
This was my first visit to an IHOP in many years. We had visited a Denny's the morning before and wanted to see if there was any... difference between the 2 restaurants. Well, while the experience was OK I would have been much happier with the Denny's justnorth of this location. Hostess was pleasant. She sat us down with freshly wiped down menus at our table (wet menus). Servicewas on the slow side, took a while for our server to come to our table to take our order. While she seemed busy the runs she wasmaking to the kitchen seemed to be with just one hand carrying something, the other being free. Tables were getting their foodin tranches, not all at once. I asked for lemon for my water and a few minutes later I was handed a tiny bowl of tiny old &dried out lemon wedges (they were obviously cut many hours earlier). Yay. The coffee was fine but the cups are quite tiny. In myparty of two I was served my pancakes separately (good, warm & fluffy) while my wife sat without any food for a few minutes.Minutes after hers was delivered the rest of my meal was finally served. The timing of the food delivery to our table wasunpleasant - 2 meals delivered in 3 separate steps separated my minutes. I had a partial delivery of my order while she hadnothing, then I had to wait to get the rest, after she was well into her meal. And this was late morning, when the restaurantwasn't busy at all. And finally, when the cheque arrived I was amused to see that the server decided to circle the gratuitysuggestion area, something that is rather tacky IMO. Overall the visit was OK.
