Restaurant staff seem to be celebrating or unsupervised - Talking very loud almost yelling and all gathered in the kitchen for... the entire visit. We were more than half an hour and no staff cleared the next table. The pancakes looked like they werefrozen a month ago. Terrible atmosphere despite the fact that there were more than 10 empty tables in the middle of lunch hour. we arrived at around 7pm, not but a single small family was dining inside the restaurant. We were waiting to be served when the... young man told us it would be a 30 minute wait. Why? There?s was practically nobody inside, and had what looked like a verymanageable staff team present. He told us it was because of ?dirty tables? but after a quick look left and right, they wereperfectly fine!! Clearly it was just an inconvenience for them, so we took our leave. Read more
I went to this IHOP for my birthday. I was disappointed to learn that they do not serve grits. The ceiling above us was stained... and in dire need of repairs. I do not recommend this location and will never go back! Read more
Mold infested and dirty! On 6/30 I Ordered online and my food got sent to this location while I was in the city to catch a... flight. Never got my order so the GM agreed to have my order remade for another date. When I got back to town on 7/7 I headedover to this location to have my food remade with the email from the GM (Thaddeus). I politely asked to speak with him and theytold me he was not there but the other manager was. The employees started chit chatting making up their own stories as to why weneeded the manager. 1 girl started saying she was the manager. Finally the manager (Tony) comes up to us and sees the email andsays "no worries I will handle it get whatever you want". Us being nice we just re ordered the same thing. The waiters weredeciding who wanted to take our orders assuming we were going to be difficult. When we placed our order the food took a longtime to come out and we were the second family in this establishment. The food came out Luke warm and we received no utensils ordrinks. When we asked Cameron he gave us to go utensils. Then the water came but we got no straws. We had to ask again for itemsthat we did not receive. It was like he was spaced out. The whole time the employees were just talking and sitting downmeanwhile there's food on the floor and uncleaned tables. The service was terrible and the place was really dirty. Always amazing and outstanding customer service .. My server was Sweet T. She was so nice, she make you feel comfortable. She... went above and beyond to please every little detail. Stopped in this morning to fill my belly and kill some time. Anthony was very friendly and professional. My waffle was excellent... and had the right amount of crispies around the edge. So nice to see some holiday decorations and relaxing music. Great job tothe staff ???? Read more
We had a wonderful experience this afternoon! We were able to be seated quickly, orders taken in a timely manner, and food came... fast. Everything tasted good, but I will say the crispy breakfast potatoes could've been cooked a bit longer. Overall greatexperience for a great price. P.S. Place was very clean Read more
Food was cold yet I was waiting 15+ mins for someone to bag up my food that was already sitting on the counter when I arrived.... The staff was just chatting and not being attentive. Then I come home to eat my food and there was a completely burnt pancake onboth sides and the other one had only one good side. So I just wasted money to throw this out and am too upset to drive back toget a refund. Get your team together and learn to be more attentive to your guests and if you burn something replace it.
