Went to this location to get a late night sweet treat with a couple of friends of mine. This was back when Covid had just ended... and they were just letting people go back into social settings. Well they opened and had a paper on the door that read "Partiesof 3 people max allowed at one time" which was fine, because we were literally three people. We walk in, and what I assume wasthe manager shouts out that only parties of 2 are allowed at a time. I reference the door sign that clearly states 3, and sherudely shouted at us that one of us needs to wait outside. So not only did I get yelled at, but my friend had to wait outsidealone for cookies that were less than great. I don't think you could pay me to come back here. We were excited to try this while staying at a nearby hotel to the location, and I had even planned to get my sister a cookie... cake as a surprise the next day after we tried the cookies via delivery. We called at about 11pm to make sure they'd deliver toour hotel room and were told they could and to just put the room number in the order instructions. It came out to be $28 for 6cookies and 2 bottles of milk, plus the delivery, which was admittedly ridiculous. But still, we were excited to have hotcookies delivered to our door so late at night. The ETA was about 25 minutes so we kept checking the tracking for the driver butit didn't seem to be updating. After 45 minutes we called and asked where our order was and the person who answered said the guyhad 5 deliveries and we were 4th, so he'd be on his way to us in 10 minutes. He tried to call when he arrived and I missed it,but then got a notification that our cookies had been delivered right after the call. No one had come to our door so I quicklycalled the delivery guy back. He claimed he wasn't allowed to come upstairs so he left our order in the lobby with the hot atthe front desk. We were annoyed but went down to get them. Not only did he not leave them at the front desk or say anything tothe singular guy working at the desk, he left them on some random end table near a door that wasn't anywhere close to the desk. The cookies were not even warm at this point and just tasted like regular cookies, not amazing but not bad. Really disappointed. Read more
Cookies smells so good they are nice and warm an I love how we were greeted upon arrival. The only thing that sucks about the... downtown location is parking just awful an secondly the prices for the cookies are 12$ for a 6 pack that is an expensive boxs ofcookies. But overall the experience was great. Read more
The BEST spot you could get cookies from. What?s even better is, they?re open super late. Granted the later you go, the less... options they have. So the earlier the better. But nonetheless, the cookies are always so fresh, soft and warm. A specialshout-out to MELISSA and her team. They make magic happen in this location. Make sure to stop by and show them some love! Man they have to put Crack in these cookies. When I go I always get macadamian nuts and chocolate chip. When you get the cookies... they are warm and they slightly fall apart. Absolutely love these cookies and slightly addicted. They are so warm and soft at any hour of the day. The real reason I love... Insomnia Cookies other than their delicious cookies, is their convenient cookie delivery. I have had the same driver a few timesand he is phenomenal. Jermy is friendly and helpful. He has guaranteed that the cookies make it to me. I have had a few timeswhere my deliveries never made it to me but with him, he never skips a beat.
