This was our 1st time visiting and there was no disappointments! To start we were able to sit right away although the inside was... full we ate on the back patio! The view is nice and at night there is a cool breeze. We wanted to share a few dishes to try allthe tastings. The tomato bread the give you is so yummy you'll want more. The shrimp in the oil with Garlic like melts in yourmouth that was my favorite! I recommend trying the Paella which was very flavorful an a decent portion to share between 2 oreven 3 ppl. The dish didn't have a fishy taste which I preferred and the meats and shrimp were decent amount. Overall greatexperience and our waitress was the one who recommend the Goat Cheese dessert because it was bomb with a side of Strawberry icecream and she was right! Perfect size to share. Lastly the red sangria had me lit and it was very good! Read more

Definitely a good choice if you?re in the Disney Springs area. We had multiple courses, and we were impressed every step of the... way. The drinks are well balanced and even the servers were accurate in their recommendations. Even more specific than youwould expect, a good place to have everyone in the group to leave with something they?re impressed by. A little bit more on thepricey side but a good place to really get a fine dining experience, all while not having to compromise quality. The waitstaffwas very pleasant and knowledgeable. When it come to the restaurant decor and overall atmosphere, it was satisfying and feltwell up kept. Try to sit outside if you can, you?ll get a beautiful view of the lake. Read more

Where do I even start with Jaleo! Their service and food quality is superb. I currently live in Jacksonville and drive nearly... 2.5 hours (each way) once a month to have lunch here. This has become my go to spot to bring friends and clients alike. Carlos, one of their managers, is hands down one of the best people I have ever had an experience with at a restaurant. His attention todetail is worth noting and he always times everything perfectly. From delivery of water refills to bringing appetizers and themain dishes or desserts, I never felt rushed or uncared for. As a Muslim, I have a few dietary restrictions, including notbeing able to have pork or meat that hasn't been prepared a certain way. Carlos took the time to understand my religious dietaryrestrictions and always had the best recommendations for seafood and vegetarian options. Additionally, he had a greatunderstanding of palettes and will always give me the best pairing of foods, especially dessert, to finish up a meal satisfiedand wanting to come back for more. Overall, I will continue to come back here. Read more

You?ll walk in and everyone will ask you if you?ve ?experienced? Jaleo before. It?s troubling that the corporate marketing has... to be so transparent from the get go. And it also begs the question, why start with the psych-ops when I?ve already made thereservation? The answer comes when you get your check which will, if you?ve had the proper ?experience,? be more than $100 perperson. In other words, you?ve been set up to spend a lot of money. And yes, the food (we had the tasting menu) was good, theservice attentive and everything slightly above. But the kitschy hourly chants of ?paella? from the open kitchen come acrosslike a staged bleat ordered by investors. I suppose that?s all part of the ?experience? - one which emulates greater things butnever hits authentically. I will say, I had the best flan I?ve ever had here. But the delight of that final moment was quicklysnuffed by a hostess who asked us to hurry along so she could accommodate the next reservation. If I didn?t know I was beingused when I walked in, I knew it by the end. Read more

Excellent service and very good food. We ordered the 5 course menu and it was very good, but I think it's better to order just... what you like. It's authentic Spanish food and in some cases with a modern twist. You can see the pictures of what you get withthe 5 course menu. Good selection of wines, too. The only downside was that we had a reservation and we were there on time butstill had to wait almost 20 minutes, the same time as people just walking in. So, what's the point of getting a reservation? Read more

So this was a first time visit but the experience was quite awesome! Highly recommend this tapas restaurant for those looking... for variety and a taste of Spanish food. They have three separate kitchens at the restaurant so your meal can come out in someunexpected orders but it's worth it! They have a tasting menu where the chef picks it all if you can't make up your mind as towhat you want but I highly recommend you try one of the paella dishes despite the longer wait for them as they are quiteexceptional! Only complaint I had was that the one pasta paella was a bit hard to scrape out of the plate as it stuck to theplate a bit... Definitely give this one a shot if you're in the Disney Springs area!
