The food was great, the people were very kind and funny, and the place was clean. I ordered a sandwich, and they didn't complain... when I used one of their tables to study for over an hour. Very lovely people, I plan on coming back. Read more

Second time coming to a Jersey Mikes and it being closed over 30 minutes prior to listed time. 1st time was at the Orlando Ave... location where they closed 45 min before listed time. Frustrating when staff ignores you at the door while they clean. No needto come here. Read more

It depends on when you go and who is working. I always seem to have some issue(s) if I order for pick up or in person. I?ll find... out my order is wrong after I pick it up. And I don?t mind the employees playing music. But playing rap music on full volume soI have to shout my order is a little unprofessional. I guess they were trying to impress the teenage girls who were there. Read more

Second time ive been here and it is the smallest and hardest bread I've ever had from a Jersey Mike's. The bread is only like 2... inches wide... and this is what they consider a "Giant Sub". It is not worth $16 for this poor quality. Read more

I do quite a bit of traveling for work and I know that Jersey Mike?s is always good and consistent for their Philly... cheesesteaks. But my experience tonight at the Edgewater location was far better than any other Jersey Mike?s have been to. Mayaand Dana were the friendliest and warmest Jersey Mike associates I have ever dealt with. I this location is lucky to have them! Read more

This store sells sandwiches that are much smaller in proportion than other stores! This has been going on for some time now. I... had frequented this Jersey Mike?s, as well as many others for years. Upon visiting this location around a year ago my sandwichwas so small that I actually stopped eating at any Jersey Mike?s altogether because I assumed they had cut the size of theirsandwiches to cut costs? and I wasn?t comfortable paying ten dollars for a tiny little sub. Well since then I have started tofrequent Jersey Mike?s with the availability of delivery. I?d noticed how the sandwiches coming from my area, and not thatstore, were still indeed the size that they had always been. So today, after a long while of not eating at the Edgewater Ave.location I decided I would have a sub for dinner being that I was in the area. And let me tell you that when I got home andopened this sandwich I thought there must have been a mistake. This cannot be what they serve as a regular size sub. This wouldnot feed any adult more or less myself. The sub looks like a jersey mikes sandwich, just proportionately MUCH smaller. The breaditself, the amount of meat especially and even the toppings were almost as if they added just a PINCH of each item. I?m shockedthat they have been getting away with this for this long. They are clearly baking their bread in smaller proportions, about 50%smaller than usual, and thereby also reducing the meat, cheeses and toppings by that same amount as well. I ate the entiresandwich in about eight bites and am left feeling severely taken advantage of. I would like to believe that your recipes requiresome sort of consistency across all of your stores but that is clearly not the case with this sandwich. I am disappointed andwill never again eat at that location. Shame on them for trying to save a buck. Read more

Got a free sub for my birthday. Sub was good, I couldn't stop eating it, it was gone before I knew it
