I visit this location often. Always friendly. Last time my sandwich was given to someone else by accident. It's not a big deal... it happens. I was given a coupon to receive a free sandwich for my next visit. I wasn't expecting it and I appreciated it.Today, I go in to get that free sandwich. I purchased a large and the coupon is for regular. I asked if they could just chargeme the difference. Instead, I was charged a regular sized sandwich. No logic behind it. I should've not gotten the free sandwichand just saved it for another time. It's stupid how something so simple of charging the difference doesn't exist. Read more
I have an allergy to red meat?thanks to the lone star tick. I mentioned this when ordering my Chipotle Chicken sandwich.... Without asking, the chef (person at the grill) finished all the orders before mine, cleaned the grill to remove all red meatparticles, and then made my order. In my experience, it is rare to eat fast food and expect the person taking your order to takethe red meat allergy seriously, but it is real and I don?t want to go to an ER while in Florida. ???? Cheese steak to die for...
The food here is great, at this point with this chain it?s expected. The staff was very friendly and made the visit more... enjoyable because of their positive attitudes. However, the pricing is egregious. I got a regular philly, a giant philly addbacon, a cookie and two drinks and it cost $32. That?s an absolutely ridiculous amount for this meal. This location is pretty solid. Their customer service is better than other locations. If Courtney's there let that guy make... your sub. He put me on the "Mike's way" and now I won't eat a sub anyway. Only place that screws up my Uber Eats orders. This one says no onions and peppers on my Philly Cheese Steak. It came slathered... with onions and peppers. No extra meat either. Could not eat it. Young lady at Jersey Mike's Sandlake pretty much blames UberEats. Big waste of time and money. Read more
I will never order food here again, my wrap had more than 3 medium sized hairs in it. Truly unacceptable, and ABSOLUTLEY... disgusting. My Doordash bag was still sealed, as was the wrap. Read more
