Very disappointed in this location- I order from here frequently and I called at 8:21 on 06/29/22 and someone picked up and hung... up before I could even say a word. Called back and the phones were disconnected. I was going to pick up dinner for my mom so Ihad her call several times thinking maybe it was my phone to place a pick up order as I was on the way. I showed up to place myorder at 8:32 and they said they were only offering cold subs because they shut off the grill and they are closing soon. With 30minutes left before closing. I just got home it?s 8:50 and their lines are still disconnected. Bad customer service. Read more

First time at this location. Went around lunchtime on a Thursday, no wait. Was greeted upon arrival and orders taken promptly.... Restaurant and restroom was clean ???????? 4 stars because I asked for no peppers on my #17 and there were peppers on it(sandwich was to go so did not notice prior to leaving the store). Ordered online and got to the store and food was not ready at the time specified as usual. This happens every time. Why have an... online ordering system with a pick up time, If it?s never going to be ready on time. Order was supposed to be ready at 11:15 andI didn?t get there til 11:20 and left at 11:30. Order wasn?t even started til I got there. There are five people working in theback so I?m not sure how orders seem to fall behind. I love this Jersey Mike's Sub's location for more than one reason. The staff is outstanding and they work great together as a... team. Kyla is an amazing team leader/manager and she remembers the orders of her regular customers. I live in the neighborhoodand frequently stop in at various times. I have always found the store to be clean beyond expectation, well stock and staffprepared for any rush. They balance in-store customers and online orders with ease. I've been to several Jersey Mike's Sub'sbut they don't compare to the service at the Ecco on Orange plaza location.
