I have never had such a horrible experience at this Jimmy John's before (#1456). After ordering a sub to go, I luckily noticed... that the chips were missing before I left and added them to my bag. Then, when I got home and was ready to eat, I placed thesandwich on the plate to clearly notice a long brown hair embedded into half the sandwich. I took it out, threw it away, andfigured I would eat the other half. Only to find another brown hair sticking out of the other half. After calling the store fora refund, I was disregarded for not having proof. I asked if I could send a picture since I was not close to the store anymore.The guy on the phone said yes and asked around for a number for me to send the photo to. Then the line went quiet anddisconnected. I called back stating I assumed it had been an accident and was then told I'd be given a refund, except I hadgiven them no information about the order yet to link it. I will hope for a refund based on the phone number on file, but I morefeel that they were just trying to get me off the phone and I will still be charged for my purchase.... Unfortunate that I can?t give a 0 star rating. Hands down worse place to eat in town. Foods amazing. People are terrible. I was... refused service after the sandwich artist made my sandwich wrong. I then tried to order through door dash and my order wasmarked complete, my money was then spent again and nothing was brought to me. I paid for 2 sandwiches and got robbed. Read more
TL;DR : Worst service in the world. Bad vibes and very unwelcoming. Will not eat here again. Ok, let me start off by saying, my... dad and I love subs. We have been searching for a good sub shop ever since the Jon Smith's shop near us closed and we decided togo to Jimmy John's due to the fact they were once our favorite. Flash forward to today when we were outside and could see thecashier playing on his phone in plain view. Granted there was only one customer in the building so naive us decided to give thisone a chance. We walk in and are greeted with silence. The cashier never said hi nor did the other workers. We order our foodand had to strain to even hear what the cashier was saying. Eventually we sit down and once we got our subs we left. Theatmosphere was very uncomfortable and it felt like we were bothering them by just wanting to eat. The subs were not cut in halfbut otherwise look ok and they came out fast. We both immediately lost our appetite and gave our subs to someone else. If Icould give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. Read more
Just went to Jimmy John?s to get a total tuna, which I couldn?t taste the tuna because it was over flooded with lettuce and to... top that off they forgot the cheese that I paid for. The only positive thing I got from going over there today was the nicegentleman over the counter that was very sweet and polite!! Noah. Not fast at all! Took over an hour to get my delivery order (still waiting as I write this actually). Also, I called the store... after 40 minutes and the person on the phone said that the driver had left 10 minutes prior, so it took them 30 minutes to startmaking my order? I don't get it... it's supposed to be fast delivery!
