I love Jimmy John's. So I was living in Brandon for two months. My job was in the same plaza as Jimmy John's, so every day I... ate at Jimmy's. Not much time to spare for lunch, Jimmy John's freaky fast and good service great sandwiches and great prices. Iwent after work and got there one hour and eight minutes before closing time, I was staring. I got the worst crew possible Thursday afternoon! No greeting, no how can I help you just talking to each other while I stand... there!!! I love Jimmy Johns. I was happy to see they have a location near my house when I moved here last year. I?ve only eaten here... twice and they screwed up my order both times. Most recently I ordered and paid for avocado spread on my sandwich and it wasn?tthere. I ordered a little John #1 for my daughter which comes with ham and cheese and there was no cheese on it. It?s justfrustrating. The last time in went they left an entire sandwich off the order and I had to go back and show the receipt. I?mgonna keep eating at Jimmy Johns, but not this one. Sorry. Do not waste your time or money on this location. I ordered online after getting no answer on the phone. Waited around 45... minutes before I tried calling to see what was going on, only to get no answer again after calling multiple times. Then some5-10 minutes later they just cancel my order. Truest disappointed what use to be a great store with awesome service sadly hasnone of that anymore. Read more

I've continually tried to give this location chance after chance. There is one lady there that is okay, the rest of the staff... are just not it. The lack of management is sad, I don't think this place should even be open anymore. If you can't find decentworkers, then Jimmy John's needs to offer better pay or something. I used to love this location since it?s the closest to my job. Lately it has been a disaster. The last time I came there was a... only one person in the store and he was sweeping. I figured he?s doing everything so I will give him a second to finish and cometo the register. He NEVER acknowledged me and I waited at least 5 minutes. He just kept sweeping. I have seen him practicallyevery time I have come before, so I know he is a regular worker. I left since I figured that he was not interested in mybusiness and vowed to never come back to this location because the service has been getting worse each time. Read more
