Came in to get lunch through the drive tru and a lady is taking my order and at the same time I hear a male talking over her so... for a moment I thought he took over but then she spoke to me again. When I was talking to the lady the male person says go tothe window then the lady goes can you please pull to the window then I noticed someone was rushing the lady taking my order andI asked who was that person and she said it was her manager talking to her. The manager name is Michael and he is very rudeinterrupting the lady and me. I didn't even finished what I was saying and he was sending me to the window. There was not evencars behind me so I don't understand the rush. I would suggest for that poor girl to find another job if she has to put up withthat manager. Had to come back to return an order. Chicken was Burned, was missing 2 extra sides that I had paid for. As soon as I came in en... employee by the name of Louis (when i walked in he was jocking around with his teammate) as soon as he saw me bring the order hecrossed his arms in front of him and was giving me an attitude and dirty looks. The manager, a decent man, came to the front andtried to stopped him from bickering at me but he wouldn't shut up and kept being rude. Can't get an order right then they lie about it. Plus the place is dirty. Don't come to this location. Ordered through the drive... thru asked for original recipe confirmed with the guy at the window he said "yea" brought it home of course it wasn't then theytried to say KFC changed their chicken. The second time out of 3 visits they messed up my order at this location. The worker Italked too then said they were out when I went back. Save yourself the headache Publix has good fried chicken. I often visit KFC in different places since I have to travel long distances for my job, but unfortunately I visited the KFC... Semoran Norte, Orlando, to eat and from the entrance you can see the low maintenance and little cleanliness of the premises, thedoors and the floor dirty, bad and old food, not of the moment, and flavorless drinks, only water that I had to claim thequality and size of the piece of chicken and they only added one more piece to me, which led me to leave the premises and leavefood on the table. I will never visit another KFC again Read more
Don't waste your time coming here If it's not for having to sit in the drive-thru at the speaker for over 5 minutes for them to... finally say welcome to KFC and as soon as I go to say anything they tell me to hold on put me on hold for almost another minutejust to proceed to tell me when I go to place my order that the only thing they have is bone-in chicken.... I was next in line at the drive thru, dint know what was going on but I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get my food. Got home... sip on my sprite ???? it was bad. This location used to be great, dont know whats going on with management. Read more
Most of the time all good friendly efficient staff! The new fries are awesome when fresh. And that classic (spicy) sandwich is... the bomb. Consistantly... Better than POPEYES.. I thought I'd never say those words. But I stand on them!! Haters gonnaHate!! Just don't miss out Read more
First off im not sure who the older heavier gentleman that works the drive thru is but he is one of the most unfriendly persons... ive ever met. But opened my food and was instantly upset. Literally the smaallllest pieces of chicken ive ever laid my eyes on.I ordered a 3 piece they essentially gave me a breasts worth of chicken. Might as well have just gotten the 2 piece. Thesechicken thighs are legit as big as 2 quarters. Theres no way management is ok with these tiny pieces of chicken without offeringsome sort of compensation. Its literally embarrassing. Read more
