Knife & Spoon connotes decadence and sophistication. My dining experience at Kinife and spoon was exceptional. Each and every... staff member made the experience divine. The food, service, and atmosphere were of the highest standard. I also valued theattention to detail. From the review of the menu, to the warmth of the plates, to the table top bag hooks set at my table sidecontaining the take home portions of my meals, it was divine. I enjoyed the Cs of the Day cocktail which included passionfruitand a sparkling wine. I also had oysters, very fresh Hamachi Crudo, King crab scampi, which I was absolutely floored by,Pappardelle Bologanese, and the caramel selection from Sweets & Delights. The bourbon Ice Cream was the highlight ofdessert. Thank you for a divine dining experience! ????????????????????????-???????????????????????? &???????????????????????????? follow IG: Torah.Divine Read more

This place is a must try if you are staying at the Ritz. Presentation is on point and everything was executed to perfection. I... would definitely order a few sides and leave room for dessert because both are not to be missed. Read more

Knife and Spoon is so deserving of their Michelin star. The food was amazing, service spot on, and the ambiance was simply... superb. A famous chef once told me you eat with your eyes first. Knife and Spoon definitely created beautiful edible artworkthat was a treat to see. For starters they served us a small octopus appetizer presented beautifully and was very tasty. Weordered the hamachi crudo for appetizer and it was superb. For salads hubby had the Ceaser salad that had just the perfectamount of dressing. He loved it. I ordered a to-die for beet salad. What an amazing piece of art. This was the star of the showin my book. The made from scratch fresh beet crisps were such a creative and unique addition to the fresh red and golden beetsserved with mascarpone, and coffee-cardamom soil. For entree we both had the 10 ounce filet mignon. It was tender and juicy, cooked to perfection. Sides were charred cauliflower and kimchi creamed spinach. For dessert we had the orange grand marniersouffle with passion fruit sorbet. It was very light and delicious. It was paired with a glass of the Dow's 1994 Vintageport. Our whole dining experience was simply superb. Kyan, Julian, and Chris were the amazing team that took care of us fromstart to finish. They did an amazing job and speak volumes for the earned Michelin Star. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Wewill be back. Read more

Could not say enough about this place. Came for dinner without any expectations, but it absolutely blew me away. Tartare was... amazing, ink pasta delicious and beautifully garnished. But what got me the most were desserts. I'm originally from Europe andthese were hands down the best desserts I've tried in the US in 7 years here. Not too sweet, with lots of flavor and elegantflavor combinations. It is pricey, but absolutely worth it. Read more

I decided to go to knife & spoon at the ritz last minute since there is literally nothing else near the hotel, and I?m happy I... did. The food was fantastic and the service even better. The servers are incredibly knowledgeable and how can you not love ameal that starts with bacon and thyme bread, goes to a fresh shrimp cocktail and finishes with squid ink pasta. For the firsttime I also went with a Cabernet from France over Napa. It was that good. If I go back to Orlando and am at the JW Marriott orthe Ritz, I?ll definitely be back. Read more

This is the classic high end steakhouse experience I've been missing in Orlando. Service is top notch and unpretentious. The... decor and setting are breathtaking. The food is the real star though, anchored by fresh produce and meat dry aged in house.Though you can't really go wrong, the Akaushi beef is not to be missed. Tourists and locals alike looking for a fabulous mealshould visit asap! Read more
