I visited this location on 11/12 at 11:20pm. The lady working this drive through was the rudest person I have ever encountered... at this location. I asked for the pick 5 and wanted the chili cheese pup but didn?t want cheese on it. She proceeded to tell methat they don?t make it like that. I told her I had ordered that several times before and it was never an issue. She then toldme I wasn?t listening. When I pulled around to the window I said that I just don?t want cheese. She cut me off rudely and said Ibetter watch it or I won?t be getting any food out of that window tonight and to drop it. WOW!! I don?t need Krystal?s thatbadly! I drove away. There is no reason for anyone to act the way she did over a very simple order in my opinion. I?ll spend mymoney elsewhere. I hope her supervisor can use this as a coaching opportunity and inform her there was no reason for thehostility toward their guests. Read more
I was really excited to try these burgers especially after hearing a blind taste test with white castle burgers on the radio a... couple of weeks back. Even though sign said open for dine in, door were locked at noon. I did notice only 2 employees working sodrive thru was the only choice which think was understandable. A good breakfast depends on who is working. Went today Monday October 31st 2022. Whomever she was (the cook) her appearance gave... that rolled out of bed and came to work vibe. The food looked and tasted like a mess. How hard is it to scramble decent lookingeggs and bacon? Try feeding others what you would consume yourself. Read more

We arrived at 12. Stood in front to order, no one in line, just us. They kept walking by and at no moment made eye contact or... even spoken to us, as to given them a moment. Or we will be taken care of soon. We looked at one of the employees and we noticethat with the same rag she was cleaning the grill,.she cleaned, the utensils, the countertop and all this without cleaning therag. I stopped going to krystals since the ghetto manager on colonial near powers dr got rude with me. I've loved krystals since a... child n was missing it so I figured I'd go to the 1 on Conway. I asked for extra mustard to cut the grease* and fresh fries.They gave me fries that looked like they drank oil; my krystals had extra onions and extra oil and no mustard. I'm pretty sureif I had a gallbladder, the amount of oil my food had would have for sure caused it to explode. So long krystals u won, I'm done:( Read more
I drove 15 mi for Krystal believe it or not and I was ready for the normal not so friendly attitude however, this is the first... time I've ever been to this Crystal since anyone that is close to me have closed down. The lady helping me (Ruby) at thedrive-thru was more than friendly not only at the speaker but when I paid for my order. I wish this place was closer to me!! Sorry... But ew... Never going to another Krystal again. Staff was nice. Chili fries weren't hot. Cheese wasnt even... melted. The burgers... You can't even call those burgers. Not appetizing whatsoever. Read more
