This place is terrible to order from, the order is always late and usually wrong or missing something. Also now they have this... customer service line, which put you on a hold forever and won't even give you a new pizza, just your money back ( and it tooklike a week to come back) Terrible. This place is really hit or miss! Mostly miss! There have been times i order from there and it?s all good to go and other times... like this last time my order was NOT CORRECT AND THEY QUOTED me one price on phone then tried to say it was a bad connectionthat i got / heard it wrong. The connection was fine! Paid 17.00 for half and half which one half shouldn?t be bathed extrasince already comes with pepperoni and a soggy not hot thing of crazy bread! For almost 20 bucks i could?ve ordered from a realpizza place not a ?fast food? one. Then the guy i spoke to said he would compensate by giving me the same order made correctbut expired that evening when i already got home! Very unprofessional staff, they play around in the back talk loudly aboutwhatever and don?t care that their demeanor and or actions are being seen, they curse, they talk rudely to customers and i willprobably take my business to another location a little further away! Horrible experience this was my pizza Im not sure why they would give it to me this way . I also ordered Italian cheese bread... and they put so much seasoning on it that it was too salty to eat and greasy . Will not order here again. Read more
Prices are good and food is tasty. Also good place if you need a lot of pizza on a budget.
Never had a problem ordering at this location. However today the lady had an attitude and said she called me for my order. I... placed my order online and the tracker was showing still baking. Order was expected to be ready by 6:54pm. Order was not readyuntil 7:17pm. Then the rude employee said the order was not paid for. I understand getting overwhelmed but it?s not thecustomers fault if she doesn?t know how to manage orders. Read more
This place as came a long way over the last few years. The new General Manager Julian always takes care me whenever I have any... trouble. I understand there?s a workers crisis during the pandemic and they are short handed. But this guy is a beast and alwayswilling to make it right whenever my past orders were wrong. I hope to see this location continue to get better and I hope hefinds employees! Read more
Absolutely amazing customer service. First pizza came out wrong but they immediately offered to make a new one and let me keep... the other too. The employees were very kind and apologized for the mistake. Overall, a great experience and great employees. Read more
