If I could rate a zero I would! Felt bad for the cashier at one point but than realize she probably needs better training. Or... just some common sense when telling paying customer how long it?ll actually take for the food to come out. 8-10 turned into40plus mins and not only that she tried to tell me that after 40mins she had no cheese pizza mind you that I watching give awaypizzas left and right watching her cut and give away pizzas. To other who order after me, I always try to be patient cause I?vework in the industry but tell customers it?s 8-10 min and then keep adding 5 mins every time they come back to check to checkfor their food is ridiculous! If I would?ve been told that it would take 40 mins I could?ve made the choice to wait or go elsewhere. Only go to little Caesar?s because it?s ?hot and ready? nothing ever ready at this location, there always multipleemployees on and one actually working. Sad world we live in that you can?t even go pick up food out with out receiving HORRIBLEservice! I do want to say the young lady cashier held her cool the whole time and was very professional with dealing with angrycustomers. Management should have been doing a better job of helping her manage the lobby. Not only was she taking order she wasalso boxing the pizzas up and dealing with the angry mob in the lobby. Pizza was absolutely disgusting. Waaaaay to much cheese and under cooked. This location isn?t the same anymore.

Came to get pizza today. It was 9:55pm they close at 11pm. 4 people inside the store. The minute they seen that we got down from... the car. Came in to order 2 pizzas and 2 bread sticks. I was told it would take 15 minutes. After 25 minutes and two people who ordered... after me getting their food before me I was a little upset. At 30 minutes I realized that if you don't remind them you'rewaiting you might be stuck waiting for a bit. Then they asked for my reciept and told me they were just going to refund mebecause they ran out of bread after I waited 30 mins. I?m new to the area but Lil Caesars is always a go to for movie night with the fam. The service was phenomenal but we were told... 10-15 mins to wait for the pizza. Ok COOL. We purchased an extra most bestest pizza and got what seemed to be a classic. Icalled the store to notify, but no one was available. when weighing out the cost to go back and get a new one. This is the worse Little Caesar?s location in America. The employees talk and play with each other instead of being concerned... about getting orders together. I ordered online and after being passed the wrong pizza, with no type of apology given, I wastold that the correct pizza was in the oven?20 minutes later, no pizza. Once I complained and asked for a manager, the manager?sexcuse was that an employee, who had nothing to do with the situation, was new. Still no apology?just excuses. Then as I?mtalking to the manager about the cashier, she keeps interjecting and the manager tells me not to talk to her in a certain mannerwhen she was being rude to me. I not once cursed at her. I did correct her because he chose not to and she clearly didn?trespect him because she kept interjecting in our conversation after he asked her to stop a few times?.30 minutes more of waitingfor a pizza that I ordered online?here comes another employee throwing me my pizza saying ?here?. Most of the staff displaysstraight up trash customer service skills. One day I walked in and a female manager was yelling about locking the doors becauseshe was understaffed like it was the customers? fault. These are not my first issues with this establishment, but it will mostcertainly be my last.
