I inspect and evaluate businesses for a living to determine the effectiveness of management and how it influences the employees.... This store epitomizes good, no - great, management. The service at all levels was excellent. When my choice of appetizers soldout, the manager told me and offered another of my choice, on the house. The steak was outstanding. The server was awesome. Henoted my military ID and without being asked discounted my bill in consideration. This store should be used to train managersbecause everyone I encountered was above par and should be held in high esteem. Outstanding. Read more

Everytime I go here they mess up my order. Always under cook steak. This past weekend raw chicken. Made me sick since I made the... mistake of taking a bite of it before realizing it. Absolutely disgusting and the last time I'll go here again. Read more
For a chain restaurant, they are really top notch. They make an incredible old fashioned with 9yr knob creek, chef's kiss, so... good!! La crema Pinot noir! The mushroom appetizer is a must. Such a beautiful Longhorn location. Staff was friendly & prompt & very attentive! Food was quick & delicious???? We got the... steak & shrimp combo with broccoli and sweet tea?s. And of course the best part for me is the delicious bread & butter beforethe meal! Would highly recommend this location. This location is close to other dining & shopping establishments & had plenty ofsafe parking. The wait is usually minimal except on a weekend evening. There is also bar seating of individuals that prefer notto be seated in the main dining room. Also plenty of seating for large parties. Read more
The food was ok,never bring me bread,the steak was good but not cook in a open flame grill, lobster small,looks less than 4... oz.
