Just moved to the area 4 months ago and have been to this McDonald's maybe 8 or 10 times. This might be the best McDonald's... location I have ever been to in my life in terms of speed, customer service, and accuracy of orders. I'm used to half mydrive-thru orders being wrong at a normal McDonald's but have never had even the slightest issue here down to the sauces,napkins, and salt. If you ask for it once at the speaker it ends up in your bag. Looking at the other reviews, it seems thislocation has new ownership and based on my experience they are killing it. Read more
Terrible customer service. The women manager on 07/27/22 night shift was extremely rude. Tried to kick me out an hour before... close claiming they were closing but when I called her out after looking up the closing time she had no choice but to let mestay. Also did not want to give a water cup claiming they don?t do them anymore. Read more

New Ownership has improved this site tremendously. I personally have never had an issue using the drive-thru. Always a quick and... easy process and the staff are generally very friendly. Downside is the prices have gone up recently. Read more

I ordered a large Iced Caramel Macchiato with no ice (cold) and extra caramel drizzle. They took forever even tho the place was... empty and I was the only customer waiting (Sunday, Feb 25, 2018 at 7:40am). Well, while other McDonald's (and I told them) fillme the cup with either milk or coffee, they tried to charge me $1 extra for the milk because that was not their policy. Why someMcDonald's have complicated, not customer oriented employees? I wanted to return it but I was already driving when I thoughtabout it.
