Sat in the drive through intercom for 10 minutes watching employees smoke a cigarette with a costumer outside while also giving... food out and smoking. Didn?t enjoy smelling smoke while trying to pick up some food at night. Pulled up to the window watched myfood sit there before they almost gave me the wrong order without double checking the name. Just sat in line for 50 minutes for them to tell me they only take cash. must have been slow and steady day. Good god. And to be... told they didn?t take card. Woooww. Could NO ONE take two seconds to let the 15 person line that info?! Obviously they weren?thelping cooking considering how long the line was. Flabbergasted. But what would u expect from McDonald?s? MOD on duty Sunday, July 3 spring 4 PM was so amazingly and sweet. I was having a rough day, and as soon as I walked in she... greeted me immediately with, ?hello sweetie?. It was so genuine, and so simple, myself with so many words couldn?t say anythingbut smile. The importance of hospitality is so significant. The day I was having was not the best, and this small gesture turnedit around. The order was already ready for pick up at the same time. Very unprofessional. Was in line this morning 6/10/22 8 minutes to 10:30am. As the car in front of me pulled off the order menu... changed to lunch. I proceeded to order 2 sausage biscuits and a medium Sprite. The young lady put in my order and someone in thebackground tells her "they don't have anymore breakfast". There was no one behind me and they absolutely could gave have made 2sausage biscuit sandwiches. Customer service is poor at this location. Ended up going to Dunkin across the street where theywere fast, friendly, and efficient. Read more
I went tonight to get a two cheeseburger meal and a double quarter pounder meal. I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes... while they took multiple cars from the row next to mine. When I got to the second window I watched them pack multiple uber eatsorders while the girl who gave me my drinks danced around and talked about getting moes and Chipotle. I get home and my twocheese burger meal doesn't have any burger patties on either burger. I call and speak with manager Luis and while I'm explainingthe phone disconnects. Then a few minutes later he calls back, offers to remake my order the next time I come in and blames iton being short staffed. I heard another employee ask if she could take another order while I was being given my food. They areintentionally making people wait in long lines and still forgetting key ingredients in the food. I now understand why the people who works at this MC D?s work here. Ya?ll lack basic everyday instructions. I?m always asking... for extra ice in my soda and I get it back with 3 blocks of ice, the employees act like the ice is coming out of theirpaychecks. Then when I ask for a large fries, they treat it like a medium but charging you large fries prices. Next time thishappen I?m just going to ask for a refund. Read more
Probably one of the most difficult McDonalds to get into. Service seems to be going down in this particular location. Made my... order incorrectly, and instead of making it fresh, tried to be sneaky and dressed up my previous food which was now cold. Don'tuse this particular McDonald's or don't go during Mondays between 11am and Noon Read more
