Normally, my McD experience is really good. This time it wasn't. Cashier had a faulty headset and couldnt hear us. We were... handed the wrong order and then asked to park and wait. The correct order was missing items. And the fries, while still reallydelicious, were not well done as asked. The person taking orders was rude and messed up my easy order I said and I quote "can I get two number 7s both large with sweet... teas, a fish sandwich just the sandwich, and two large milkshakes.... She asked me to repeat and did u say u wanted 2 meals or 3and omg anyways I told her the same order as clear as possible slower each time and I was givin one number 7 instead of 2 and 2milkshake I asked where are the sweet teas and they said they upgraded the drinks to milkshakes ... Like 2hy the hell would u dothat when I said I wanted those meals with large sweet teas and wanted 2 milkshakes also like common guys ur job is not thathard but it was the one on John young lol dam ninjas Read more

Drive through was supposed to be closed at one. I made a mobile order online but the girls online inside said they were closed... when I went to drive thru. They need to either open at the time they put they are or update their hours. Read more

The lady at the drive-thru actually gave me all the sweet and sauces I had actually asked!! It was for my 20 piece nugget for... the kids. Instead of saying "oh we charge for extra packs" like some dumb locations do, she just went ahead and gave me what Iasked for. What great customer service! This is a location right next to Wawa off of John Young parkway. Thanks y'all! Read more

The worst customer service! I was explaining to the drive thru cashier that the outside lane speaker seems to not be working... because I said hello quite a few times. Three cars in the inside lane was serviced before me. So naturally I drove to the 1stwindow. When I pulled up trying to explain. The cashier cut me off, and stated she can?t take my order I have to go backaround. I requested to speak with manager because I did not want to argue. The manager was even nastier than the cashier. Whereis the customer service! Both the cashier and the manager had a nasty Attitude. Read more

I ordered 8/13(today) and the order came so fast I was happy since this was my first real meal in 2 weeks(depression lows keep... you from feeling hungry). Unfortunately this means the QP I ordered tasted dry and old(obviously the cheese had that off oldmelted cheese color and had inprints of the toppings which have obviously been adjusted). I was a grill crew member and madeplenty of these so I know what it looks like and I do understand not wanting to waste food. I probably sound pretentious but itdidn't taste good. I'm stuck halfway through it. The fries were great though and I'm happy they weren't refried like this burgerwas regrilled(couldbe)/pre-made. The frappe was also delicious even though it wasn't filled. Basically my issue is reusing oldfood during a pandemic. It's just not a good idea and your customers would be happier with fresh food. There's a reason the trayhold time is so low. I'm still grateful and frappes make everything better. Thank you for feeding me and I hope y'all have apeaceful day! ???????? Read more
