I went to this McDonald's at 9:30pm and my order was on point. My mcgrib was hot and had a lot of sauce, the fries were fresh?
I mean it's McDonald's, only thing that stood out was how much everything costs. For the price you could order takeout from a... much higher quality restaurant. Read more
If you go here they will make you pull around and wait by the door so it looks like they're getting the customers out fast. You... will get horrible, cold food and it will most likely be the wrong order. Save yourself. Go anywhere except here. Read more
Ordered through drive thru told me to wait at parking number 3. After 10 minutes, with no one else waiting, I decided to go in.... No lines, line back ups. I talked to the manager, who was very nice, but obviously they forgot my food. She needed to ring it upagain. Totally forget a customer? Sorry for the bad review but this store deserves it. Read more

I never had an issue with this McDonald?s until today. Today I decided to make my order a little different, but I did have to... make two separate orders. While ordering I felt a little rushed. At first it was a female voice and out of know where a malevoice intrudes in the middle of my order, and decides to take over. I found it a little odd. He takes the order and not once didhe ask me if I wanted to add anything else and tells me my price. I drive up to the window and let him know that I need to doanother order of the same thing. After paying for my orders I then move to the next window to get my food. The manager at thewindow hands me my order, and my type of order. I paused and was trying to let her know that I was waiting on another order. Sherushed me saying it was all in the bag. So I get home and see that I didn?t have both orders in my bag. I called the storeletting them know how disappointed I am, because the whole time I felt rushed and I had to drive all the way back from my houseto get the other order. When I arrived at the store I let them know that I was there to pick up my other order. The manager whois a Latina woman, rubbed off on me wrong, because the way she had approached me her body language felt aggressive, as if shewas ready for some type of argument from me. She then asked if I was the one to pick up the order and I said yes. She walkedaway, and had someone else hand me my order. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience, it?s not like I was looking foranything free, but the principal of her not apologizing. She Carrie?s herself with much attitude, and I get the feeling whilespeaking to the other employees that she my be a difficult manager/ or supervisor, like if they have to be walking on eggshellsaround her. I?ve been coming to the McDonald?s for 10 plus years because my house is in the Lee vista area, and this is thefirst time I felt disappointed.
