This place used to be so quick and efficient. The last 5 times I have come here, my order has been delayed more and more. Just... waited 30 minutes for a Big Mac meal and nuggets. Not only is it understaffed but you can instantly catch miscommunicationissues between the staff happening real-time. Read more
Horrible time management. Kept pushing the time I could order by 20 min. This Location also messed up my order twice and still... gave it to me messed up with attitude. Poor management and bad customer service for the 5:00 am crew. Did not feel welcomed orvalued as a customer and will not be returning to this location. Read more

I honestly do not frequent McDonald?s anymore, however, you literally can never go wrong with a large fry & an M&M McFlurry!... Last night, we enjoyed a good ladies night and on the way home, we stopped for ice cream & fries. This is the first McDonald?sin years that has actually served us Ice cream after 1AM & didn?t give us a hard time or the ?the machine is down? stuff. Notonly that though; the fries were super fresh & the crew was really nice but also seemed like they love their job. Great job! Read more
Went in to order because the drive thru was busy. I come to this location every morning through drive thru. So this time I am... in the lobby waiting for my food. As I am waiting I see the cook wipe her nose with her glove not only once but twice! I alertthe shift Manger and she goes over to tell the girl to remove her gloves. So she does and raises her hand looks right at me andsays look, then she proceeds to be nasty that I complained. I asked Sarah the shift manager for the owners name and number so Ican address this with her. I was instructed to call the store and they will give me the number. I call the store any was toldthat they are very and and hung up. I called back asked directly to speak to Sarah she came to the phone and said she can't giveout Maria the owners phone I said ok then why was I instructed to call the store to get the number. Some people here, especially night crews, can be rude at times. Food is ok. It's a McDonald's, so if it was less than that, it... wouldn't be worth the price. However, prices have been rising recently, and sometimes their app is fualty. Read more
